Was working well quite some time ago, but for some months this app will only work if chrome is the default browser. I use Firefox as my default browser, and I really don't want to change just for this app.
Dont know when the app is working correctly or not as it never notifýs me on anything added to the app or removed either from the developer or the school using the system. Auto deletes notices even if they are needed for future reference. The login function is horrible. Unable to have a user chooses login name makes it difficult to use.
Crashes my phone when I try to open it, and doesn't give the uninstall option from the app shortcut. Discovered by sheer luck that I could uninstall it from the listing on the app store. Absolutely unusable.
Scrolling extremely hard in that you have to use two fingers and zoom in and out to be able to scroll?! Also seems to take quite a lot of battery.
Only use it for absences but as we dont do it that often it wont let us log in when we want to use it. Have to delete and reload the app. Easier to just email the school!
Give facility to interact with School class teacher in app so that parents can ask questions and get answers on go. Currently only teacher messages we can see if any but no parent able to respond. Need few more features to be added.
Thanks for responding so quickly to resolve the issues Can confirm the App's working now. Has room for improvement in design and layout. Does the job for now.
Can't even open the app since it's updated and bugging my phone out. It's just happened since it's updated.

I can't even login. Followed the steps many times. I gave up.
Since the update last night it won't open.
Opens, then sits at splash screen, no login presented.

Quick turn around on the latest bug fix, (hoping this will replace last review as I can't edit or delete it). Wish there was a way to reply to teachers in app rather than email. Notifications are erratic and I am constantly being asked to refresh right after opening the app or to re-sign in. Calendar never seems to have anything in it but maybe the schools fault rather than the app development but mention it in case theres a fault or flaw somewhere.
