SCHOOL PARENT APP

It is a really nice app, but it still lacks some features like I would be happy if there was some feature like to set an alarm before 15 minute of an assignment due time, it would help a lot to submit assignments in time, as I have missed a few due to not checking. And it would be nice if you gave an option in the app called Review us/Review Neverskip. Thankyou. Overall, this app is still great!

Great app really easy to use and understand, So helpful! So organized. It isn't too much to figure out how to use it. Of course, nothing of real value should be too simple anyway! I love it! Very important to add these options, If sending the message from school, we should get the notification as well as an email

The app works fine. But it needs more improvements. 1) Videos are loading faster than audio files. When you want to cancel the loading process, it doesn't work meaning you are stuck in that loading screen. 2) Kindly please make a title feature which would allow teachers to upload their videos or audios with the chapter name they are currently teaching. This would help improve user experience. 3) A modern UI based on Flat design would be great for the app with flat colours.

This app helps a lot for you it provides messages, photos, videos & audios which the school sends you, you can also see when you'r having your online class or online test and can attend through this app, you can send feedback back also. But the only problem is that sometimes the Feedback option is not there sometime the LMS and many others. And the one more problem was that you can't scroll below 1 month, but now it's fix. That why 4 star. But this app is really helpful, with lots of functions.

Programmers fix the app navigation, whenever I try to exit the sub menu like notes, fee, classes, it just exit the whole off app. I just want to exit the sub menu not the whole app!!, a minimised or push back button would help a lot and also it's the first app I had used where it had to be loaded every singletime for 4 or 5 second, surely it can be optimised for more seamless transition. Surfing through the page also have some kind of clutter or jank, where every swipe a 2 second load occur

1. This app buffers a lot . 2. The videos are stopping everytime. 3. Can't send messages even to clear doubts .... 4. Eats up all the space of the phone . Can you make the app work in a way that all the photos and the messages given in the app by the teacher , if the work is done, then we can delete them........

Actually it was very fabulous app for students to study at home .But there is a problem in it other wise it is a very exllent app . It gives home work ,tests ,or any pdf or any ... . It was conducting a live online classes during lockdown time ... . I have already said that there is a problem know . what's the problem means It is always saying that server is not responding 😡 other wise it is the best app for students to study . But plz repair that problem as fast as u can .. u can also try it

Worst app I used till now. We cannot load any pictures or videos of our subjects and we cannot send any feedback to our school about something. I recommend everyone not to install this app. My android is also above 7.0 version and my network connection is also high quality, but it doesn't work on my phone. Really unsatisfied with the performance of this app.

Good app but needs more improvement. Please update the search feature so that the information of every class could be separated . As I am a parent of 3 children it is very annoying to go down and down and search the work . And the feedback feature should also be updated as if the children want to ask any query then there is no option.

Worst app. I do not want to give it even 1 star but there is no option to give 0 star. There are many bugs and it uses very large data (about 500mb) in very few minutes. Also it's speed of working is very very slow despite of 2mbps speed of network. I didn't like it at all.

Now the app is better... Thank you never skip for this good app... It has helped me a lot.. although it's still slow sometimes, it is better now... But the reason why only gave 4 stars, is because the app slow even though I don't have any network issues. Most of the time, the signal strength is very good, but yet it is slow... So please fix that! Otherwise, this is a good app..

I have been having problems with the app since this month. The videos and worksheets sent by the school for the entire month had been wiped clean... And then I came to know today (after almost a week and a half of struggle) that it can be found in the gallery aspect of the app. But it is difficult to access it in the parent portal using a laptop or pc, as a gallery portion does not exist in the website.The videos sent cannot be downloaded either, a change that has occured since mid June. Most parents prefer to download the videos and then let the children watch the downloaded content as it is a safer option. Neverskip, plz make the deleted videos and worksheets available again(accessible even on windows laptops and pcs) and plz make the videos downloadable. Thanks.

The app is very good.. but could you please update a downloading option or an save option to view the videos when offline...??!! Because I and my sister use the same mobile to watch the videos and it is really problematic when the net connection is slow or sometimes fully over when one finish watching it.. please kindly consider it.. my well wishes..

This app is highly incompatible with several android devices, lots of bugs are there. The updates that are coming are not visible tapping and loding takes a lot of time which waste the crucial time that can be utilized for studying. Consumes high amount of data services. Keeping on lagging.

This app is super but have some problems like when I upload my assignment it takes too much time to upload even my network connection is good. And the virtual test feature is very useful one for nowadays but it's also take too much time to load. This is one of the best app which I have used.

A good school app, which is constantly updating messages. Best in holding various accounts. Joining classes through this app is also easy. A wonderful app. Supports all formats. It keeps us updated by photos and videos from school. Thank you for providing us a great app. After updating our profile column we are happy. It is good for using both in phone and PC.

App is no doubt good but the problem many times nothing is showing. Only teachers name and class. Maximum contents are invisible and also videos are also paused. After reinstalling the app the problem didn't resume. I didn't see some of the contents given by the teacher. Please help🙏

One of the worst UI in the universe, I'm not expecting a great ui, but this app has a ui which is not user friendly, especially when u have multiple accounts been logged in. And also app is not getting opened when it's connected with wifi, and crashes in calender menu. If you are opting this app for your school, then that's the worst idea ever!

This app is great in my android but in my tab it is not working properly. When I click the join class option , it is not going into the zoom app for my class. This is very irritating. I can't always use my android. Sorry for a single star. Kindly look into this issue fast. And also a suggestion. You can show our mistakes in the online test after completing the test. It will be helpful for learning from them. And also look into the above issue. Thanks.

Good but needs improvement. Especially on the transportation. GPS not accurately refreshing. It gets stuck and we need to restart app many times. It keeps changing the bus stop (after software update) to some near by places where buses won't ply.

I am unable to login in the app. It shows "Invalid access key" even after entering the correct access key recieved by sms. Please solve the issue at the earliest. And please include an option to download the videos. Thank you.

There is no option to lower the volume of incoming notification tone or to mute..atleast should have option to use different alert tone. the current alert- Bell sound is irritating many times. i gave feedback many times in this regard..no reply at all..

It's it a nice app but it should be improved a lot because there are many problems in this app (1)when I search math the exercises didn't come so it's one problem. (2)it does not give my profile and etc.(3)some of the exercises get deleted which is not nice when I had do the work I can't find them (4)when I have exam or test it says that it's error and it takes a lot of time and some times I fail so please fix this app

The app doesn't work at all it loads , buffers every time even with a strong internet connection and if the video is paused by mistake or if we try to skip the video where we saw the video at last then the video doesn't play.... plz fix these issues my child cant even study properly.......

Must appreciate the customer support of the app developer team. I had issues with my app and contacted the app developer and they immediately reverted back. After a few to and fro email exchanges , they called me directly to give explanation on how to proceed about it. The issue was resolved within a time period of less than 24 hrs !!! Now thats super impressive !!! Very professional

Hmm.. I think it would be a greater app if 1. It enables us to see the subject separately bcuz all the assignment are mixed up. maybe u could just give a color to a specific subject. 2.if the server would not stop suddenly. Oh.. And also if it wouldn't take forever to load

Good App but needs to be improved . 1)Search feature does not work for all subjects. 2) Loading awesomeness is totally annoying and irritating.... Even then there's nothing awesome 3) The video starts again if we minimize the app.... Much time gets wasted

Very bad. Most of the time it will hang on home page and we have to close all apps and comeback. Also if we connect on 2 devices, then the first one will logout and asks for phone number again. Since it's a school app you should allow in more than one device. Fix this asap
