Accurate but doesn't remember information! I have to choose the school and grade every single time. The grade and school don't change for a full 9 months. Why do I have to choose every single time I enter the app?

App is no longer sending low balance notifications. I've checked the settings and my phone permissions. I used to get them but it appears a recent update broke it. I also don't find it very user friendly. It would be easier to pick my kids name and make a payment instead of opening the menu. Also why isn't there an option to pick a default payment method instead of having to choose it every time. It would be faster especially as I only have 1 card saved.

I love having this app! It's super convenient to be able to add funds online rather than sending a check or cash into school. I also like being able to set restrictions for a la cart purchases. I also like getting notifications for a low balance. Overall, I've had a great experience with the app. My only recommendation is to be able to set restrictions on breakfast purchases. (My son tends to still buy breakfast at school even after eating at home which cuts into the lunch money budget.)

Very intuitive app and easy to do what you need to do. Extremely desirable as a parent. It works even with more than one child and attending different schools. It makes the menus available, super easy lunch account management including funds, advanced notices, and purchase history. You can even limit or restrict purchase of specific items if necessary. Great app. I couldnt do without it now.

Updated from 2 to 5 stars... Problem solved by re-install. 5 stars for the quick customer service... Thanks. This app will not log-in about 99% (no exaggeration) of the time. It has my user/password remembered, when the app starts I just click the log-in button and the spinning circle just spins forever. Killing the app and starting over, rebooting the phone, nothing seems to make it work. This is extremely frustrating. For the 1% of the time it does work, it's a great app, but... :(

The ease of adding funds and the reminders for that are definitely a plus. Occasionally I've noticed that some of the foods listed as provided (like certain fruits, etc.) are not actually available. But otherwise it's good to be able to check what options they will have, and when.

Easy to use. Payments usually go through within minutes. The app alerts me when her account is below a certain limit. I also like that I can see if my kid has made extra purchases for desserts or snacks and I can also set it up where she can't make purchases for those extras at all or only certain days so it's more like a treat.

This is a great app to be able to quickly pay for lunches. However, it's a rip off they charge you a service fee every time you use it. I have used other apps like this and they charge a one time yearly service fee of $15. I think that would be a little easier on the parents bank account since we have very few choices for paying our students lunches. Just food for thought since a lot of us are just barely outside of the financial help requirements for lunches.

This app used to be good but i can't even put money on my kid's account. I had to take the time to go to my computer to do it online and even that took a long time. I couldn't get logged on and then when i did, it took awhile to get the payment to even go through. Pretty much the same hassle with the app Oh so now I'm pissed! The payment from the app went through even though it's still spinning at the login AND the payment from the website went through too!!! Straight garbage

Iike this app, BUT.... It have been giving me troubles since the middle of last year. The app won't upload, and will get stuck on the home screen. Kind of frustrating. ***Update *** it works now, but in a completely different form. I'll get use to it.

Aggravating. 90% of the time when I try to log on to my kids' account, it does nothing but spin. When the app works it's great! But I need to be able to sign in! Please fix this problem! Edit: It wouldn't give me the option to update, so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. It's now working just fine. Thank you! I've updated my review from 2 to 5 stars.

The app had been awesome up until the beginning of the school year. Now it just spins and will not load, will not go past the log in page at all. Update 10/27... Deleted and reinstalled as instructed, app seems to be functioning properly now. Kept 1 star off simply because I shouldn't have had to delete and reinstall.

This app works exactly as described. My only complaint is how high the processing fee is. I'd rather pay by check and skip the fees but the school only takes cash. I'd rather pay the fees than potentially have my kids lose a month's worth of lunch money. They know that and so they can charge their 4.5%.

Easy to use, low balance reminders are very helpful, and the app is convenient. Only downside is the $2.25 fee to add money. Seems like a high fee for adding lunch money to a card. Would have given 5 stars were it not for the high fee.

The app is really great; the 'convenience fee,' not so much. In this day and age, online transactions aren't a convenience anymore, they're standard business, so there really shouldn't be a fee. Other than that, it's super handy.

I have multiple children and it makes it easy to pay for their food at school. I dont have to worry about sending money with then. especially the younger ones. also no need for recipes it's all here! great app definatly reccomend. also.. I've never had any problems with it!

I have been trying since the new school year to load my kids account and I can't get logged in. I already did that (before it was suggested) and it worked .. it would have been nice to get something from the developer or the school suggesting that as a trouble shooting. I love the conveniences of the app when it works.

easy to use app and allows me to see what my kid is eating daily. you can also set limits on what they can buy. the low balance notification is a but tricky so I suggest it high enough that your kid has enough for a few more days of lunch. other than that it's very helpful!

Easy to use but I would like to see a few changes. I have 3 kids and not being about to add a total of $100 over all the accounts means I have to make multiple transactions which cost per transaction. Also, when I enter an amount it should be considered whole dollars.

I can't even use this app anymore. It takes me to the "sign in" page, but will not take me any further after signing in. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times, and it will work once or twice, then freeze up on the login page again.

Newest version is good. If it's not working, uninstall and reinstall. That fixed the problems I encountered. It didn't automatically update for me and didn't show a later version update available. It works now!

Gotten better. Had issues with the app in the past but now it's working as expected. I get notification when the funds drop below my chosen amount, can view menu for the day, set auto refill if desired, check purchases, etc.

It's super convenient but since the last update I dont receive my alerts for low balances anymore. I went into settings to make sure my notifications are on and they are but I'm still not getting them. hope this gets fixed soon.

The app wouldn't let me open it almost all of last school year. Now my kids need to use a barcode at school to pay for their food and it's not on my app- which is the most updated version. Your picture previews on here show the barcode but it's nowhere to be found on the app. There's also no option for a student app.

Love the low balance alerts. I always get notified when it goes below a certain amount. The restrictions is a great function too. It has helped limit all the "snacks" she was buying for friends.

What Happened? I have not been able to use the app at all this school year. (I have uninstalled and reinstalled more than once). I have to use the website to add money to my account and starting today I can't even get to the website on my phone. I'm not sure what the problem is but I'm not happy with it anymore. At least I still get notifications about low balance. If I continue to have issues I will have to go back to writing checks to the school. Please look into the problems and fix them. 12 Nov 2019-Still trying to get this to work. Apparently my phone is infatuated with a previous version and I cannot get the new version to install. I greatly appreciate the time your support team spent with me trying to fix the issue. I'll keep trying, and keep using the website until I can use the app again.

Always fast when I need to add money to my childrens account or check purchases. I get low balance notifications from this app before the school email notifications. I didn't give 5stars simply because I don't like paying to add money to the lunch accounts but understand that convenience costs.
