Zero consistency when it comes to notifications. When I first installed it, it worked fine for a couple of weeks, then quit notifying me of new items added to my news feed and messages I was receiving. I contacted customer support & verified that the app was set up properly. Ultimately I had to uninstall and reinstall. Upon reinstallation the app worked fine - but again, only for a couple of weeks then notifications ceased. This has now happened 2 more times 😡 It is frustrating to say the least

It's an okay app, but there's plenty of bugs and glitches that need to be fixed. I don't get any notifications, despite the fact that I turned on notifications. I've checked to make sure I didn't have anything blocking them, but they still don't send. The messaging is wonky and sometimes sends multiples of the same message, or alternatively doesn't send it at all. It's good for reading posts from school, but that's kind of it.

I like the concept, but it still needs some work. It freezes a lot. I'll click on notifications, and they either take forever to open or don't open (freezes). I'll read a response as a notification or while I'm having a conversation with a parent, and the next day I'll get encasilla saying I have unread notifications. Again, great idea, but still has some practical kinks to work out.

Decent app til.... you direct message. Massive system lag upon simply typing. A good 30-45 second wait per single letter to write. Took me 4 minutes to write hello. Horrible.

My second review...OK, the bug before was fixed but at it again. Reinstalled and I don't see any up to date information. I'm receiving notifications and just before reinstalling for not loading for an hour I get notified of something posted 3 days ago? Info that I already read yesterday and the day before. This app really needs to be fixed, I got notified last night after drop off that busses were running late. Maybe it works better for other devices.

It would be nice if you could actually use the app... my sons school basically requires we use this for all communication and turning in some assignments. That would be great BUT nothing will load! You just sit and either stare at the logo page or you get a blank page. We do get the notifications you just can't open to see the full message.

At first, I wasn't getting the notifications. That issue was fixed. NOW, I get the notifications, but the app won't open so that I can read the messages. This app is NOT working consistently enough for me. UGH!!!

Frustrating, completely annoying experience while trying to send a message to the school. It worked fine for a few months, but for the past 4 weeks it is a disaster.

Horrible support... perhaps this is a sign of another junk app. I've been trying for almost 2 weeks to get logged in, but still no luck. Their support team has provided little actual support. I haven't even used the app and I already want to uninstall it. Just another app that over promises, but under delivers.

After getting a new phone the app will not let me log back in. It just keeps saying no connection even though all my other apps work. It is slow and not easy to work with.

Got a new phone Galaxy S21 ultra 5g and now the app won't work or let me communicate with my daughter's school. It keeps saying no interest connection but I AM CONNECTED . It worked fine on my Google pixel 3 phone but it also had some quirks and would freeze etc.. GRRRR!!! PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THIS APP.

Tells me no internet connection and try again. Uninstalled, reinstalled, on Wi-Fi and/or cellular network (full signal) and can't use this app for a while now.

This app never shows messages properly, either cuts them off or doesn't send a notification. As an educator, it's embarrassing to use.

This app doesn't send alerts or notifications when I recieve important information from my childs school. It has been terrible for communicating with teachers and freezes everytime I use it.

Notifications needs attention, including the ability to change alert sound or make silent. Kinda clunky in general, which I hope future updates will fix.

Faster and full of helpful information about the school schedule and notifications for the upcoming events and inconvenience which may occur during the school year. Parents will be able to take advantage of this app in order to communicate easily with the school leaders and contributing whenever it's needed. We really appreciate 🙏❤

Got a new Android 10 phone. This app won't let me log in, acting as if I don't have an internet connection. All my other apps work fine.

I am not able to see any new messages despite receiving a notification that I have a new message. Incredibly frustrating!!

Not at all sensible! Why show multiple listings of the student name when linked with a guardian? Also, the student schedule shows multiple listings that makes no sense!

Finally did the update and now it won't open! This is the only way we can communicate now that the schools are closed, beyond frustrated!

After about three attempts and assistance from the developer help desk. I was able to login and register with no further issues.

Not working properly with Galaxy S21+ 😒 The app not letting me log in back after I log out. Keep saying that No Internet Connection but the other app is still working....

It was a great way for me to talk to the teachers. I needed this app for when I need to ask the teacher something really imporlant.

I can recieve notifications. But the app itself will not open for me. Very frustrating.

At first, never showed new updates were available, now always shows new updates available even though they have been read and aren't new

I never receive any notifications. All settings are "on".

An Awsome new experience for our children and if experienced in the right ways I may never send my children back to school's. A.F.

Just wondering what is the point of this app. Not sure why schools think there's a necessity to turn schools into a social media thing. Pointless

Buggy at best. Freezes wouldn't recommend but being asked to use this not ready for prime time app!

This is great! My daughter can work with other students to help them be a good student.
