With this latest update, SchoolFood has combined all of its previous mobile app features along with some new ones!
In SchoolFood Feed Your Mind 3.0, you can:
- Submit Review: SchoolFood's menus are completely student-driven. SchoolFood wants to hear what you think! Your feedback influences the menu and helps make it better. SchoolFood is YOUR food. A valid OSIS/Student ID number is required for participation.
- Find Free Summer Meals being served at participating Schools, Pools, Parks, Libraries, SchoolFood Trucks, and NYCHA locations! Hungry? Type in an address or use your current location to find a Free Summer Meal near you! Everyone 18 years old and under is eligible for a Free Summer Meal
- NO ID required.
- View Menus. Curious about what's being served today, tomorrow, or next week? Check out the SchoolFood menus and find your favorite dishes and some new ones too!
SchoolFood will continue to work and improve on making this app better for you!

Can't zoom in on the menu images so it's nearly impossible to read. This app has ONE JOB and it falls at that. Please fix it.
Font size can't be charged, can't zoom. It's basically looking at static image on your screen that can't be read.
Impossible to zoom in on menu. Scrolling does not work consistently. Therefore the menus are illegible.
Same as everybody...impossible to read, too small and no possibility to open up or print or zoom in
App does not work. It keeps telling me to check my internet connection. My internet is working fine, there is something wrong with the app
Terrible app. If this is the only way to view the menus, it's useless. Can they have printouts of the menus available at the School?
Options available for rating are never actually served in school! Propaganda filled app!

This menu is not accurate at all and is useless.

This app is so useful when i am at school i dont have to go to the lunch room for the menu its on your mobile device
Very limited. Parents should be able to see their child account and pay directly. To see the next month's menu would be nice when the present month is to end. Having the nutritional and calories information would be a plus.
You can only see the meal calender for the month. That's the only function...

I like being able to access the menus much easier, but this would really be great if i could also access the nutritional information. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and while she mainly eats home lunch there are days when she wants to eat school lunch. Finding accurate carbohydrate counts on the nutritional sheets you have on the website is rather difficult. If i could click on a specific days menu to see the nutritional info for that meal would make this a 5 star app for sure!
It's great for just looking at the menu but it would be extremely helpful for diabetic students if it included nutritional information.
It does not update the current month menu and everytime i need to view a current month, i end up having to uninstall and reinstall the app. This should be fixed, otherwise, it would be a great app.
Gives great information about foods service in our schools and allows you to give feed back.
I put in my address and it shows all the places but when I click on it to see the address the app shuts down completely and I have to start from the beginning again. I reinstalled it but still stays the same. Then that bar In the middle is such an inconvenience.
No matter what address I put it shows nothing. Even in areas where I know for a fact that they serve school lunch it shows nothing at all. Better off just going to the website.
Almost impossible to read the food info in the calendar. Tiny, compressed text and no ability to zoom in. Terrible design. Using it with a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
