Everytime I try to log in, nothing will load into the Organization which is required. I think it's ridiculous we have to call a Customer Service # for help instead of the creators just fixing the bug everyone of late is having.
I feel the app is a great idea, but the only real concern I have is the waiting number for my children kept change back and forth. No one at Kipp or Schoolmint could explain it. So really just technical issues.
App was working last few school years and first half of this. Now trying to enroll for next year and it's no longer supported by Android. Whatever update you did to ruin the app need to be undone.
I keep trying... and I don't have anything but a smart phone. It say to login it with a browser. Ugggggg. I just emailed them we will see! It did work the last few years. But not now🤪
It won't let you fill out applications. Navigation is confusing. Just throw the whole app away an rebuild it.
hate this app. need to go back to old school. tells me i can get waitlist position. but havent been able to
my son haves been accepted to a school already. on the site it shows I can register him but instead its telling my sons register, and than it shows a orange withdraw button. try to contact support and no help.
my kids school needs me to have this app but i cant even complete the sign up bc the app just kicks me out. its really annoying.
this app is very helpful i got on it easy and it takes just a few minutes to sign up for uour child school🤗
Time wasted and noticed that the app does not work with androids phones
This is a great way to communicate with teachers. It is great for high school age kids.
no. it ABSOLUTELY is not easier than filing out afew forms. i wish our school hadnt went to this.
One minute it works fine the next it doesn't support android

having a hard time doing my sons registration. it saus i had anothe account but really dont. so i dont know jow to fix this
I only give it 1 star but really I can't put my kids birthdays in... says they aren't valid dates. ok... so when are there real birthdates then??? ha!!

i cant find the school and its supposed to be on the list ,ya should update with school so they know there not on, so other parents like me dont look here

You guys should probably mention in the description that this app is not available for Android users at this time before someone like me downloads it and goes to sign in then being told the app is not responsive or supported on Androids. That was a complete waste of time hopefully you guys get it to work on Android soon.
