So I just figured out the problem of not getting the email if you're parents email is on your school account also check if it's getting sent to their email instead. that's what was happening to mine. have them forward it to you and you open it on your phone. wanted to also let everyone know that is complaining about only being able to use facebook to connect it's because it literally just a facebook group. this app and website is just a dedicated extension to that Facebook group.
When it works it is really fun and easy to use. but I don't like that you can only log in with Facebook and it keeps changing the rules on how to log in. Now it says my account has been disabled.
Although I've received an invitation from my school, upon installation the only option to login is through Facebook. Quickest uninstall decision for an app. I'd use this if I could login by email but no other way - Privacy is a huge concern!
Only has a Facebook login, no Google login or create your own account or link to the school. A good percentage of people nowadays dont have facebook, so there needs to be a a second option. Very disconnected.
For what I read this app isn't working properly. I can't get verification code. I was getting so frustrated thinking i was tipping something bad I've tried at least 10 or more times.
I recently enrolled at my school. They sent me a link for this app. I downloaded it and tried to log in with Facebook, but I keep getting an error message saying I'm not allowed to see the app. I tried everything, and the customer service won't answer. I just want to use the app. :(
I'm trying to log back into my schools app account for school and work because I work on campus. It keeps saying that mom y school isn't on there but I know it is because my account is active. Someone please help because this has been happening since Wednesday night.
My Facebook has my University registration email connected to it, but I'm just getting an error message. This app doesn't do much good if students can't log in.
Why did it quit connecting to the internet for absolutely no reason? WiFi, 4G, doesn't matter. Says it had a problem connecting to the internet.
just downloaded the app, and the only option is the log in with facebook. but i dont have a schools app acount nor a Facebook account. so i dont know how i could log in through it.
Still has the same problem where you can't verify your email on the app. I can get on just fine through my laptop and using Facebook though.
I can't even log in for the first time. After I click the authentication link, it prompts me that my account is inactive.
Literally had this app two hours ago and they still haven't sent me a link to verify my email. This is unfair.
The app says my school email is invalid and when I use my personal email it won't send me a verification email. It says it has, but when I check my email there is no email?
Basically useless app as you can never sign in as you never get verification link to your school mail address.
It says that "To finish verification, please click the link we sent to your email" I dont receive ANY link
This app is trash. I can't even use it because it doesn't send me a confirmation email!
Couldn't tell ya anything about the app since it only lets you use FB login. 🤷🏾♀️
only has option for facebook login. I'll use google, but I don't use facebook to login to things. lame. this is trash.

Can not get in it need facebook ti log on and when you log on your in facebook not school app.
reliance on facebook makes the app nearly unuseable. try again.

The only option to log in, is through facebook. Deleting it asap.
I love this app. Im just moving it to my Ipad for school.
