Schools Mobile Banking

I can use this app to do almost everything I need with my schools accounts albeit some are cumbersome. For example, I can schedule my bill pay but I can't see my bill categories or grouping so I must try to remember which bills get paid at the beginning of the month, the middle of the month, or every other month. I also can't reschedule a payment. I must cancel the payment and schedule a new one. There are other minor quirks in the app which, on the full site, are not an annoyance.

Almost perfect. If I could have, I would have given 4.5 stars because the app is really good. But in my view not perfect since you can't change ( but can cancel and reschedule), a Billpay payment on the app. This can be done on the fullwebsite. The app is very easy to use, and I can do most everything else including deposit checks, etc. The fingerprint function works well and I use it regularly.

All is good. The only thing I wished it had was our ability to freeze our account without having to call the bank's customer service line when we believe our identity has been stolen. It is especially difficult/frustrating when it happens during the weekends or at night when the line is closed. An update with this ability would be greatly appreciated!

I enjoy the app greatly - clean and inclusive of enough options to take care of most banking needs on the go. Only 4 stars because the app auto saves user wuthout option to not save. I've been to the bank to ensure settings correct. Multiple levels of security to access my account on my pc at home, yet my cell phone, which is much easier to steal or lose, leaves my user id displayed for anyone to see. I would love the option to not have the user name saved

Always fast and easy to check my accounts. Have not had to uninstall my app. It updates fine. Most banks you have major probloms with there apps. This is my 3rd year with Schools and i will be staying.( Just an point of ref. When they do an update make sure you remember you old password... It can be a bit frustrating when you didn't know they did the update and you're trying to do something real fast.

Simple, elegant and works great. Never had a problem with check deposits, and if you aren't running a 6 year old version of Android on a crappy device it's really smooth. The negative reviews are ridiculous. You cant fix user error.

Its good. Does the job. Lacks a few options the desktop has, but thats normal. Im just constantly irritated by times where i will sign in to a blank page with no accounts. It lasts for maybe an hour, but ive gone 3 days without veing able to use the app at times. Either we need notices or this must be patched.

Overall I'm fairly satisfied with the app. Although it can be frustrating with issues such as the app not allowing me to log in. Or maintenance that is done for extended periods of times. But again, the easiness of operations within the app is great.

I love this app! But every once in a while it has this problem where when I take a picture of the back of my check it freezes. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's really annoying but I will deffinitly keep using this app.

This app makes my life incredibly easier! I have very little time to run around and handle things. Phone calls aren't always an option either. This app can be accessed anytime allowying me to do these things at a time that's convenient to me as well. I love it.

This app is hands down a great tool. I feel like I should pay for such a premium app. Mobile check deposits are INSTANT & easy to submit. Transferring is easy and instant. And you can find branches/sister branches right from the app as well. Not exactly sure why people settle for anything less than this. Great app

Schools Financial is the best financial institution that I can think of. That goes for their App. as well. Very user friendly, easy to navigate and the level of security to keep my info mine is above and beyond.

This app is so intuitive and user friendly. Every feature except Bill Pay is just as easy to use on the phone as it is on the computer. When I have had a problem, a customer service representative walked me through the steps. Great bank. Great people.

Outdated.. I mean compared to b of a or Wells Fargo. This app is almost useless. I can't see my mortgage rates, payments nothing about the mortgage. Credit card statement they the app is a joke. Can't transfer money to another account , but they do let you have multiple accounts .. strange. Mabey one day they will pay someone to finish the app then release it.

I have 2 issues. I don't think bill pay lets reminders show. 2nd issue is on online site - when I open a transaction to enter notes, the transaction doesn't stay put. I haven't tried it on mobile because it's such a headache online.

I am giving 1 star because the app works sometimes. I try to log in with my fingerprint and I get a code 500 error. Or something about the request couldn't get through. It would be nice if outages would be advertised. Also, I can view all the accounts with my name but I can't transfer between them? stupid

Shuts down often, glitches, fine when it works... But has been a lot of hassle since I've originally downloaded. Plus, tends to be a delay on when things are going in and out of accounts.

Mobile Deposit is always quick and easy. Instant access to my money and records :) Never sluggish or closed. No fees for anything! An amazing way to manage my finances.

I really love this Bank they're easy to bank with awesome app easy to use and if something goes wrong fraud delete accounts will get ahold of you and let you know they have saved me twice from having to pay an enormous amount of money to something or someone that tried to use my checking account

Overall OK app. Performs basic banking functions which is fine for most users. I'd like to able to see/download pdf monthly statements and show mortgage info rather than balance only.

So far so good since I've had schools on line maybe 10 years now,or so the experience if had is like .......no is a part of my every day life at my fingertips ,haven't had to walk in a bank for years,all is done through this part of my live with no issues so far and if I do need them at my finger tips ,,,schools has been there,thank you for the experience..

Very convenient, more secure than my laptop since it requires my fingerprint to open. I love being able to deposit checks without having to drive to the credit union.

Excellent credit union! Very friendly and professional. They always go a little bit extra to assist you. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!

my app closes as soon as it opens it's been happening this way for a few weeks now straight trash. I've sent feedback and still the same thing no solution: update they fixed it ans its runs great

I love my app & my credit union. They held my hand & helped me back up after I started my life over with almost nothing to my name. The app has worked well and I love the conveniance & conservation of being able to do transactions remotely (deposits & transfer). Thank you Schools Financial Credit Union!
