For the past 6 months, the app has not been functioning properly for dialing out to parents. It would not ring or connect. I used data for phone calls. I also uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Please fix on your end as other educators stated the same issue with the app. Also, there's a need to increase the number of words for texting. Additionally, the exporting of contacts and information from PowerSchool to SchoolStatus was often not accurate or marked correctly. Thank you.

Trying to sign in with google does nothing. It lets me type in my school email address, but when I click next it just sits there. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changed. Even uninstalled my antivirus to see if that helped, but no. I can login through chrome using my phone, but not the app. Another year of no notifications that parents are trying to communicate with me. The last update was December of 2019 if that tells you anything.

This app is so unreliable and slow...requests are often not processed and messages don't always send. There are many bugs in this app that need some serious fixing. Using this app in its current state is frustrating. Please fix them!!!

Great concept and excellent when it works. This issue is that it rarely works. The app crashes often and won't accept my username and password but allows me to log on via the web.

This actually is a really great app. I know you see a lot of negative reviews but most are user error. The reason it comes up blank is because the app is designed to protect student privacy, therefore if you have any other apps running no information will show including messages and notifications. If you simply clear your recent apps before using this app it does not crash. It is just following the same laws we have to follow as educators and protecting student and parent confidentiality. <3

This app is perfect for communication with my students. I've never had an issue with it working, my location is Covington County, Mississippi. LOVE IT.

I love that both my husband and I are able to get messages through SchoolStatus app. Nice to be able to respond to my daughter's teacher when needed, the app is user friendly.

I've tried signing in with Google, but it won't let me past the spinning wheel of death. I haven't been able to log in for years now, and I see others are having the same issue. Why had there not been an update to fix this issue?

This website and app is just faulty in general. Email doesn't work nor does broadcasting and the app keeps stopping.

Not the best app. I am not notified when I have been contacted and sometimes the messages will take several hours to show up on the app.

App repeatedly is shutting down and I have to restart. When I click on the number to dial, it frequently will not dial.

Doesn't work with my kids school. I rarely get text messages from school status...which really upsets me as a parent. I get the ones from each individual teacher but not campus wide ones.

Beautifully built. Great functionality. I would be lost without it.

I use SchoolStatus regularly. My only complaint is I'm not notified of messages...I simply have to stumble across them.

Nothing is working it wouldn't load. Uninstalled and now it won't reinstall errors out.

It's an awesome communication tool for teachers.

No roster. I don't get notice when I have a missed call.

We just started using this technology in my school district. This app doesn't work at all.
