Usefully app, I use it all the time but don't like the update at all! Not being able to see the averages is a huge disappointment. I check in multiple times a day to communicate w/ my son where he stands for grades and can't do that anymore

Not even able to view the grade. I can see the class and teacher comments, but the app will not scroll if landscape and cuts grades off it left portrait

The latest version (Sep 2021) stopped providing assignment averages per subject. Lost a lot of its usefulness with that change. Update of Jan 6th, 2022 did not address this. :(

Worked great until mid October but after an update it stopped working. When you open the app it closes abruptly on my Android device. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. I did email tech support they were looking into it but no update given on when it might be fixed. The website works but it's not as easy to use as the app. Please fix it so I can keep an eye on my daughter's grades and assignments. Thanks

With constant email updates from the school, it is awesome to have an app that makes it so easy to manage all my daughters school communications and info as its happening and all in one easy place. Back to school has been such a stressful and complicated task this year with Covid. This app makes things much easier, and relieves alot of the stress! Thank you!!

This was a great app until it's recent update. It's extremely slow to log in and the scaling for a phone is horrible. The menu takes up half the screen. Updated my rating to 1 star. I reached out to the developer and received no response. I'm reaching out a 2nd time since the issues are still there.

It was fine until the update. Like many others, when the update on October 4th took effect, I became unable to log in and check my grades. I've been dismissing it as connection issues until I checked other reviews. This is extremely dissapointing and I hope it will get fixed soon.

Update: They were quick to reply and fix my issue, thank you! ----------------------------------------------------- After the update the app no longer works at all, keeps telling me there is an internal server error, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Really miss this app wish you didn't update it.

Can't login. It works fine for me on my Apple device, but not android, which is my primary device. Very frustrating. Get some kind of server error everytime I try. {Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path ", line O, position O. }. Update: turns out that I had to remove the “/Mobile/default.aspx” part of the URL. Now it works!

This app used to be useful but with the new update I can't see my averages anymore with assignments. I already had my issues with the app for being so weird about checking your averages for grades but at least you could still see them when going to assignments. Now this app is awful. I have to average out everything myself and most of my courses aren't appearing.

The web version is definitely better, but I can't get the full screen using the website on my phone. So it's great if I have to get on an assignment when we aren't home, but if I want scores, averages, etc. I have to use the computer.

I use the app as a tool as a Resource Officer for one of your client districts. For the past month, I have been unable to get into the log in screen. The Google login button is inoperative. Please correct this inadequacy and return to 5 star 🌟 status. Thank you

Was good until they disallowed you to see the total class average on mobile.

After recent upgrade the app looks the worst I've ever seen it, fonts are all messed up, layout totally different a complete disaster please change us back!

Schooltool is helpful, but the interface is simply awful. I can't see averages in classes until the end of the semester, which is unhelpful.

This app worked for 1 week great. Now it will not open on my Note 10. I have reinstalled it twice and it still will not open. I have reported the issue twice and have had no response.

The app used to work great but somewhere around December 2020 it started crashing every time you open it. No longer works. My kids are in the Syracuse City School District. ***P.S. Update on 2.7.2021: I cleared cache and storage and it's now working again.

I can't even get past putting my sons school districts url in. I'm being told its Invalid. would have been nice to use but guess I'll be stuck using the website version rather than the android one.

The newest update is terrible! The daily schedule isn't in order of the classes and you can't see the individual course averages. Not a helpful update!

The new version no longer shows average per class. Makes the app far less useful.

I am a student and it will not let me get in to the app at all to check my grades. The school URL thing to sign in is stupid I literally copied and pasted it and or said it was in vlad or school not found.

After update over this past weekend app no longer works. SCHOOL TOOL techs have been trying to figure it out. Very frustrating!!!

My school uses this app for grades and it worked great unroll a few months ago, now I'm either stuck on an endless loading screen or the app just won't start, please fix your app.

Love the app but since the last update I can't log in, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still the same. The website works but I like the app better.

This app worked fine til they had an update and now it wont let me sign in. I keep getting sign in error and yes my email and password is right as i can sign in website version

This app used to work fairly well until the latest update came in It kicked me out and now it won't let me log into the district at all I've tried over and over to input the district's website and it will not let me in It just closes

Please post daily grades and attendance as well as report cards. Otherwise it's good for keeping emergency contact information up to date.
