This app keeps popping up and offering more training.so I down load it and it does nothing .it won't letr sign in or get started , basically it does nothing it's worthless
Very convenient for doing classes at home because doing it on the job is almost impossible being as busy as we always are.
I can't login and I need to use this app for work. I think it is very stupid to use a platform that doesn't work.
Very hard to use. No data comes up at all.
Great work Dev team. Please is there a way to stop auto rotate (or a toggle to turn on and off), it's very distracting and uncomfortable
Customer and Technical Support is no help at all need to improve customer support immediately to improve writing other than that the app is very helpful training you to prepare for the position or career you're attending
This is my 1st. time trying to take this class. i can't even load the app. not good. there is no help, only a lame robot asking you to consult with the techs!
My first time EVER signing into this app and it didn't work. I have to take a computer class, to start my job, and I can't even get pass the password change. Tried to go through the help, & I'm not getting anywhere. I have finally just called my new employer to see if they can expedite this nightmare.
This is a training app is only geared to teach you how navigate the Hot Schedules application. The training slides are singularily outlined for PC usage only. Not mobile devices. To navigate to training videos, click the drop down columns under your profile then select my courses to uncover slides.
I am forced to use this app for work and its terrible. If you click away from it, the screen goes blank and the phone freezes up. If I log into it via my Facebook account, it makes me log out first even though the session ended a days ago, I dont get it.
Poorly designed, doesn't recognize when you've completed courses, buttons that go nowhere. It's frustrating and a waste of time. I can't imagine the desktop version is much better
when functioning properly, its great. but same as other users it started with not wanting to open courses. now it says either i havent taken a course which i have or that i made an 83% when i know i made a 100%. just frustrating.
Works great on my phone ,but when trying to use it on chromebook. It doesnt adjust screen settings, so it's still the viewing size as if I'm on my phone.
I don't really understand how the app works, There is not a single course in the library. However, if I go to the website on my computer I can find all the different courses they offer. I think the app and the concept is a great idea, but it doesn't work quite well.
This app is so garbage. I constantly have to change my password and reset my user id. This is the most frustrating, poorly designed app ever !!!

Doesn't work half the time
Horrible!! My when entire group of coworkers are complaining about this system. Impossible to sign in. NO help desk with a live person, only email. When I finally did get an account set up, it's blank. I hope my company didn't pay too much for this program. It's horrible.
When taking test, it will allow you to review your answers before you submit them, but will not allow you to change them, so you have to start tests again from beginning. On two step test, there are times that the first part of the test wont load at all.
Literally the video plays, pauses the video then plays audio, then flat out kills the video so you cant advance to the next part.
Frusted with school as a whole. Not just the app. Its not easy to use and they make it impossible to contact help. I would literally give it negative stars if I could
The user interface is in no way intuitive and training people is over complicated.
Not everyone has wi-fi internet so not being able to watch the training videos over cell network data is a huge negative.
Trash app. Limited functionality, laggy, will not save log in credentials on personal device...would not use unless youre being forced to do so as I am
It didn't let me move on to the next section even though I listened to the entire video. I didn't get past the 1st step and I tried several times
this app keeps telling me i have ecountered a fatal issue and the app will close. Now I am having the problem all the time. please help

I've had this downloaded for 3 months & have never been able to login. I try every few days.
This app keeps crashing. Videos keep freezing and rewinding! Why a business would inconvenience their future employees by using this is ridiculous! It's taken me a day to get half way though a 3 minute video! I have to watch 12 of them! This makes me want to apply somewhere else! Very frustrating!
