Sure would be nice if you could save your user name.....even though you click "save user name" EVERY time you log on.
Have been having login issues on the mobile app for two plus months now with no resolution. Multiple password resets to be 100 percent sure I have the correct password and it still throws they invalid user ID or password error. When I called two months ago, customer service said it was a known issue and it was going to be fixed in the next update. That was at least two updates ago. I can still access the desktop site, which is there only saving grace. Come on Schwab, this is pathetic!
The interface is clunky and is mostly just filled with a bunch of charts and graphs. I don't understand why there aren't customizable tables that allow you to see detailed information about each fund individually at the same time rather than having to (SLOWLY) reload the data each time you select a new fund. And the website isn't any better. If it wasn't so difficult to do every single thing on the app, I wouldn't be looking to go to another company.
Repeatedly fails to remember my login despite the remember login option being checked. Every time.
I received a server error when attempting to log in. "Internal Server Error - Read. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." Update: After reading another review, I selected "Accept" at the error message and was able to get into the site. That's not something I would have figured out on my own.
They are excellent in choosing what most important towards are retirement the correct investor. And always very helpful when contacting there office. There app is easy to Manoeuvre. It let's you select your own investment and the percentage you will invest.
Very useful app has lots of an information very easy to understand. Things that might be confusing there are areas which you can click which will take you to a page that describes it better helping you make the right choice
Going down hill. The app is not available on Fire, fingerprint login requires a 6 digit code which makes it useless and their real estate evaluation part is just a joke (does not ever refresh once you entered an address). I like the bank but the app is a big bad flop.
Constantly crashes. Clunky ux when it does work. Need to use the website to perform some basic stuff. Last updated 7 months ago?! Makes me question if I trust my money with them.
The phone app is okay, but it doesn't show basic info available on the Schwab Workplace internet site, such as how many shares of a particular fund you own. The app only shows total dollar amounts. I would not have installed it had I known that.

Cannot login to retirement app, always says invalid login id or pwd, same creds work on website. ---++++UPDATE---------- Reached customer service multiple times but no body can resolve. Every time I reach out, they say they will push through and follow up but nobody cares to follow up or resolve or provide any sort of update on this. Wish there is a zero rating
Terms of Use: Internal Server Error - Read. The server encountered an internal error... [ Cancel ] [Accept ]. I accepted their silly terms of use. After that i could log and view the retirement plan. Overall the app is not much to write home about but the essential functionality of viewing your retirement funds is there.
Can't log in. After putting in my log in credentials I am unable to reach the log in button. They are covered by a black section with stock quotes and policy links and it does not move out of the way. Frustrating
As of a week or so ago, cannot log in using app. Username/password work on the website but the app says they are invalid. Edit: After update today (June 8), still doesn't work.
Log in issues. I can get in through the website with no problem but the app says my login information is incorrect. Frustrating!!
Trail of failed endeavors reflected in lousy software, customer service. Nothing gets done with one phone call. Even their most popular products have similar in adjacent brokers. Keep an arbitration form handy because none of their customer dis service will provide you with one. This one is a pass.
They old Charles Schwab app worked fine but they forced me to attempt to update it. Now i can't even find a flipping app thats compatible with my old phone and account type.
Not user friendly. Signs you out and won't recognize your settings for simple sign ins. Figure it out 👎.... Cannot stress how terrible this app and their online services in general are.
Fingerprint support broke. App says "unsupported device." Google Pixel 3 XL Android 10. Please fix Fingerprint login support. Last four updates failed to address this. The regular Schwab app works flawless.
Getting your money from Schwab is like pulling teeth. I would never put my money in Schwab ever again.
Doesn't work. Every time I attempt to login it says it times out. Even when clicking the forgot password link, or any link for that matter..... it times out

Fingerprint support no longer supported, forces you to enter a passcode now that wasn't even setup. Pixel 2 XL
After the recent update fingerprint option not available now. Have enter passcode.. Frustrating.
medieval times app. even login is a big hassle. updates are always late. you never know what your stocks worth. super limited performance analysis. no idea why my company uses it for 401K service. as soon. as I change my company I will roll it over. positive feedback comes from Schwab employees Otherwise it is zero star

My s10 plus updated to Android 10 and now the app won't allow me to use the login by fingerprint..... 😡😡😡
Biometric doesn't save. Asked password evertime . Frustrating slow and app does Not remember your user name , your password. The Biometric scan is work now with this new update ,but they broke the user names and password. I'm glad this is for my retirement or anything. Oh wait it is.. i would never recommend this company to anyone else to invest for their future nor their retirement just based on the fact they cant manage to make a app to view your investments.
