Schwan's Food Delivery

Disappointing app! Wont save a cartload of items, logs out constantly. Its like they don't want you to use it. The app is not as Disappointing as the food products, schwans is barely worth the Money, foods becoming inedible and app is frustrating.

needs better drivers that know the orders. have the call in or website orders delivered first before they thank you orders from the other people. thank you took too long to wait for my order to come out of the truck and I had ordered over $75 worth. on the line there was like five or six of us that had order online and that should be delivered before they start taking the orders from other people.

The app is telling me to download the app. How does that work? I was really excited about starting to shop Schwann's again but no. Guess not. I'll get more for money shopping at the grocery store. I'm well aware that the company doesn't care about losing one potential customer I'm just extremely frustrated with the app telling me it's not an app.

I placed an order 12 days prior to my delivery day, the day before I edited my order because we didn't need everything that I had ordered because we had purchased it elsewhere. Well, there system took it that I was entering a new order. I didn't realize this until after my delivery and felt awful because I'm sure that the driver brought all the items from the original order up and then had to take the majority back to his truck. I called Customer service and they took care of it.

Very easy. Love it. Glad they upgraded to the app. I prefer shopping through apps, rather then through the actual websites. Just wish they would add the PayPal option when checking out, it's an easier check out because your card info auto fills.

I haven't purchased a bad item I didn't like for the past year. Everything is real tasting. Schwan driver and his substitute driver are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

Latest update is problematic. Won't let me sign-in. I'll use their website, which works.

I have been a customer with Schwans and the app has never really lived up to the quality of their food. I have had great service from my delivery people - always polite, informed, ready to help. But the app is so unreliable. I don't know why it fails to load choices. I thought it was my data provider for a while but I have tried different shopping times and varied the orders on the billing cycle. Nothing seems to really work. It must be a common complaint because it shows up in the reviews.

I loved this app before but it seems you all have changed the ability to make lists to now having favorites when you should've just added the option to make favorites. We made numerous lists of things we'd tried & like or disliked as well as lists for lunches, dinners, proteins, etc. for easy, non-tempting shopping. We've only purchased once since the change was made because our shopping has now been made less efficient. Please bring the lists option back ASAP!

Love Schwan's! But this app is damn near unusable. It's slow and clunky, and even if you know what you want to order, it's gonna take you 20 minutes to complete it. You have to hit buttons multiple times for actions to take, and often, things you put in your cart don't actually end up there. The delivery fee is worth it to not have to use this terrible app.

I'm having trouble getting a account-- but found plenty of goodies to buy!

I have been with schwan's for a while now and I am very happy, and love many items very convenient prices are a bit high but it comes to your door and the convenience is awesome also they accept food stamps you have to be home to use your card, that's amazing.

Well, I ordered food on this easy to use ap, they brought it to my house, we ate it. Zero hassles, always very delicious, always friendly drivers. Schwan is an all around great business. Our faves- ice cream, self rising pizza, sausage patty, steak fries, cod, and much more. 👍

This would be a really great app, if it wasn't so glitchy. I've been trying all afternoon to check out, and I get to the screen to use rewards, and can't apply them, and when I click continue, I get a message that the page is no longer available. If I was sure I wouldn't have just as much trouble with the website (based on past experience), I'd try that. We have absolutely loved all of the products we've received, but if I can't order more, we may just quit trying...

Discount code disappeared while shopping! Apparently I took too long and by the time I went to submit, the code was no longer valid. Folks not on Eastern time should have just as much time to shop (it was only 9:30pm here!). When will companies realize you are shorting those of us in later time zones! So irritating and unfair! I cancelled my delivery this week because of it. The businesses are the one who really lose!

Have not yet downloaded to replacement phone. Yet, the company has improved the app for the better constantly. I miss the frozen fried claims that were sold years ago.

The worst service ... you schedule a delivery and they even send you a text confirming it, then when you call they tell you it will be delivered on a different day. I will not be ordering anything else from them !

No more home delivery, must use mail at an additional $10 per order fee. Prices have skyrocketed!!! Items that were $6/box are now $11/box. But worry not...practically Everything is it of stock! I've been checking back for months and still no luck on most items. After 40 yrs of loving Schwan's products, and being a loyal customer, I think this may be the last. I will dearly miss them because If/when you can get their products, they were delicious. They may be too expensive now anyways. To sad😢

App doesn't talk with website or their system on a consistent basis. I've placed orders and changed delivery date and schedule that never made it to the company, in turn to our driver. I don't rely on the app now, just use it to browse but do everything on the desktop version.

Help! App says security certificate has expired. Also, can not log in via internet page. I hope this is a temporary issue. 1☆ at the moment. 4☆ for overall experience. Typically a great app. Quick and easy way to place orders. Get push notices and reminders. Oh, yeah, and the foods great too!!!

Very finicky app. You have to log in and fill the cart at least 3 times to actually check out. You'd better be committed if you want the goods! Really, I've been using the app for about a year and it would be really nice if they would fix these huge bugs.

Love Schwan's, but this is a very painful app to actually use. It's sooooo slow about everything, I feel like I'm on an old dial-up mid-90s computer! It makes me put off bothering to order. Speed it up and it would be great.

Love the food and the service, but the app is an absolute waste of time. It does not put items in the cart and does not keep you signed in. I have used it for about two years, but whatever changed in the last two weeks has made it impossible to use!

Love the food. But seems like one or two of our favorites are out of stock every order....love the rewards program..and double rewards I'd you are AARP member

FIX YOUR APP AND WEBSITE. I haven't ordered anything in 2 months because your app and website will not let me make any changes to my cart. I can't empty it. I can't remove individual items. I don't want everything currently in my cart. I'm about to cancel my entire account over this. If I can't get my next order placed because of this, I'm done.

I don't know what the point of having an app is, there is always some glitch that makes it impossible to complete the order without going to the website. Like this time, I couldn't edit or add any credit cards, the app would just say 'page not found'. Lazy app developers.

You need to have a credit card to open this app. At the same time if you want to use you EBT. Also if you dont finish the order it erases everything in your cart so you need to start all over again. They have different verarity. So because i dont have a credit card i cant order.

The app was finicky. It would suddenly stop letting me add items to my cart until I rebooted the app. But my real complaint is the service. Over a month to deliver my order? That's absolutely rediculous. Oh and I earned free shipping only to get a $10 shipping charge for ups. What a crock.

App will not allow you to login when using email account. More business lost! You might want to look at your attempted login logs and determine just how much revenue you are losing. You seem to be pretty good at sending emails. Send me one when this issue is corrected, until then no business from me.
