Schwinn™ Toolbox

This app (android version) is useless. Without reading reviews first, I had also used this app to downgrade my 411 elliptical firmware from R3 to R2. But the same app (iOS version) from Apple App Store is good. My guess is the iOS version of this app is essentially the android version of Toolbox 2.0, which is not available in Canada. I used my iPad to upgrade the firmware back to R3. So, try to use an Apple device to update your Schwinn equipment.

Doesn't work at all. Unable to find my elliptical even on repeated attempts although my phone can find and connect with it directly. I can't sync my workout data to google fit in any way. Please add more documentation on how to sync data with other apps and fix this app.

App doesn't connect to Schwinn 411, phone cannot independently pair with 411, and Bluetooth button on machine doesn't have a display indicator, it just makes a beep. Was hoping to find a fix for the heart-rate monitor in the grips that is way out of range compared to my Fitbit.

Edit - changed my review from 5 to 1 star. I didn't realize at first that the app downgraded the firmware to an older version. There is another app called toolbox 2.0 that works correctly. Worked perfectly for me. I installed the app on my tablet then put it in the device holder on my schwinn 410 elliptical. Turned on the app and hit the Bluetooth button on the schwinn. Instantly saw the schwinn device on my tablet and it updated the firmware. Whole process took about two minutes.

Confusing UI. My 411 had an "update" (I think), but the version number was R2 while my elliptical had version R3. I feel like I might have downgraded the software on my console based on this bizarre and unclear numbering system.

I can't connect! I am sitting on the machine and it is on and bluetooth is connected. This app is useless. I can use the Explore the World app through bluetooth just not this app!

Bluetooth light is on, but it can't find the console. Also providing info in the manual as to what the Bluetooth pairing code is would be helpful. I shouldn't have to google it and find the answer in an Amazon question

I can't connect to the elliptical machine. Schwinn 470. The blue light is on but the app doesn't see it. Help!

I cannot connect my Brand New Schwinn 510u / 130 to the SCHWINN TOOLBOX APP. MY phone connected via BT, But the App still cannot detect the device. Pls help.

Old version, do not download, this is version 1.0 and downgraded my Schwinn 411 firmware to R2. You need Schwinn Toolbox 2.0 which is unavailable to download in Canada unless you find the APK which I did, which upgraded my firmware to R3.

Not a single positive review, I had hope and thought my install would be different. It was not. I had a POS experience. Other than that it was ok, IF I WANTED AN APP THAT DOESN'T WORK!!

Can see the bike in Bluetooth but the app doesn't connect. One of the reasons I bought the bike was for the app integration!

DOES NOT WORK The console is on. It has the Bluetooth symbol on it and the app still can't find it. Clearly the developers don't care. What a joke of a company. They don't care about their customers.

Same experience as everyone else - doesn't connect despite seeing/being available in Bluetooth.

Couldn't get this app to see the console on my brand new Schwinn 270 recumbent bike. There is no excuse for this kind of shoddy, brain-dead app in this day and age.

Can see it on blue tooth but cannot connect to Schwinn 510U bike. Keeps on saying "make sure the console is turned on".

As the rest have said cannot connect to console on ic8. Can schwinn/nautilus confirm that the console doesn't connect to Android.

my phone shows the device, but the app shows no device connected.

Cant synch with our Schwinn 470 app needs a complete mke over and Schwinn needs to include BT pin numbers for the products if they can't get the apo right.

Terrible app. Can’t detect/connect via Bluetooth to my recumbent bike (270).

Can't pair bike. Exote the World app synced fine but this app some even pair, so can't try it out.

Utter rubbish, can not detect fitness units. Shame well built fitness equipment has such a piss poor interface!

Very disappointed that this app does not work. One of the major selling points for me was this app.

Could not find my Schwinn 270 while the "Explore the World" app easily found it.
