Couldn't pair new IC4 bike with galaxy s10 phone or iPad mini. Had to switch to Samsung health/ fit app, which connects but doesn't capture the level of resistance which is critical. Also, I have to turn it on before starting every workout which is a pain and disappointment that the schwinn app failed, and no historic rides appear to be saved. Also, I can connect to Pelton on iPad mini, but only cadence is captured
I bought a Schwinn 411, my Galaxy S9 and Lenovo tablet will pair to it but the Schwinn trainer app (STA) won't. The Schwinn toolbox app upgraded the firmware. I've installed, uninstall STA paired, unpaired, restarted both devices and change the Fitbit set to accept other apps...nothing worked. I am hopeful y'all have a resolution for the issue.
Doesn't work This is one of several apps listed as compatible with the ic4. It won't even connect. I have found 1 app that that will connect and that app is useless. I contacted Schwinn and they said they know that only 1 app works, but they still advertise the bike as app compatible anyway and show this as one of them.
Easily to install. Easy and quickly synced with my Schwinn 270 Recumbent. Only wish is that it also tracked the program you chose (i.e. easy tour, , stairs, etc.), not just the performance metrics.
Poor, the weekly stats read zero even though I've been using it for 2 weeks. Also, it says it works with Google Fit & is connected but doesn't actually send any data to Google Fit.
Would like to be able to delete individual workouts in the journal. My kid will get on for 5 minutes and ruin my stats. Would also be nice to use as a real-time dashboard during workouts. Looking forward to see this app evolve.
This is a horrible app. I can't pair it and there are no additional instructions to do it! pair using console, how? How can you pair it without a wireless connection. I'm sick of trying.
It would be awesome if Schwinn could upload time, distance, calories up to Strava and have it sync to my bike equipment and be categorized as a virtual ride.
Connects to 270 bike but keeps saying no workouts saved even though saved workouts appear on 279 console screen. Accordingly, app has no value.
This app is not locating my schwinn 411, I updated the console, my samsung s9+ locates it, the schwinn tool app located it but I cannot get it to connect with this app. Very frustrating.
Spent an hour attempting to pair to my IC4. Purchased the IC4 in large part because schwinn advertised the app capability as a selling point. Very disappointed.
App is worthless. Can't even fix the date! Just use your equipment normally. This isn't worth the space on your phone.

Does not connect with Pixel 3xl. Seriously disappointing. I bought the bike because it claimed it linked to aps. It does not.
I've just purchased a Schwinn IC8 Exercise bike but unfortunately I cant connect my tablet using this app to the Schwinn bluetooth console. Please can anyone help!!

App stopped syncing with equipment. RunSocial works fine so it's definitely the app not the equipment.
The app will not connect to my 870 treadmill. It says No Equipment? The message cuts off. Bummer was hoping this would work.
Are you having a laugh Schwinn?Sort out the apps and bluetooth connection of all your machines its 2020 I have seen companies nowhere near as big as yours do much better.This is so broken and your stuff isnt cheap utter amateur just bought the Ic8 cant connect with your app its embarssing in this day and age.So come on get the finger out and start acting like a professional company not an amateur.
This app used to work great but now does not have correct date. Even with sync up
no schwinn product found, even after manually pairing. Update app finds and updates elliptical fine.
The date in the app, for the data being collected is 4 months into the future. the manual says there are 3 other apps that are able get the data. it looks like it does that, as if it works, but, it doesnt. I like the elliptical however and that's why I give this a 2 star versus a 1. And the idea there isn't an update...maybe I should give this a 1. it needs help in whichever a 1 or 2 star.
