App no longer works properly after midnight. What's the point of an app that only functions properly for 12 hours a day ... 50% of the time.

I worked closely with SCI and GM to help develop this app through the Alpha and Beta testing stages. Overall, SCI team was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the process. Support was excellent. I continue to use this app on a daily basis and is a great addition to my work flow all things lead management on and off the service drive. A must for anyone involved with GM lead management!!

This app is horrible. Doesn't alert properly, cannot access templates for a quick response if you are busy...needs lots of work.

App keeps freezing up since the update please fix as this is a very big problem as far as stopping the clock on leads keeps fore closing
