An incredible amount of thought must have gone into this. The layout and feature set is fantastic. Multiple values can be saved to memory. The running ticker allow you to click on previous values and add them to your current equation. If all you want is a basic calculator, the basic mode hass all if the features I wanted in one calculator but couldn't find. The memory and ticker (tape) add a ton of value to the basic calculator too.
I have used this app for the past few years, and although my use is quiet basic, this app is has been night and day as compared to the one that came with my phone. Simple, intuitive and makes performing calculations a breeze. The scrollable history is extremely useful when I need to look up what some of my entries were 10 prior. Thank you for a great app!
Hands down the best calculator in store... and I've tried dozens! Extremely practical, esthetical, ad-free and apparently bug-free in mathematics! Unfortunately for the developer, the Pro edition will attract only those in need of more themes and of a programmer's mode (which seems very confusing and far from practical; I need to be able to enter a hex number and to get/see the equivalent dec value on the spot). EDIT: pressing SHIFT+Dec/Hex is annoying; see Programmer's Calculator by KebStudios.
Its just GREAT!!! Interface can be fine tuned to what ever calculator your are familiar. For me the RPN is the point. It can be as simple as it can be or as complex to satisfy all kinds of needs. Has history, though i would like longer. Has many unit conversions, though it could have more that are somewhat essential. Some of useful would be data sizes foe eg capacitor pf,nf,mf etc. Didn't find visual formulas in it. Export of history. Bravo!
great scientific calculator, 32 digits of accuracy, I do not have any instrument that justifies such accuracy, but it is nice. No ads, no upgrades, no force to buy anything, easy to use. 4 previous answers on screen. It does all the basic algebra and statistics, even if I don't use statistics
A very good, free scientific calculator. PROS: Passes calculator tests such as 1/9/9..... x9x9x9=1. Nice multiline history and stack display (swipe right). Formats numbers with commas during entry. Handles fractions and hours. Balanced - features vs complexity. Good manual & constant set. CONS: 12-digits, can't enter or display $29 trillion US debt to the dollar. Can't edit past calculated equations. Fails extreme 3^97 mod 353 test (=40). IMO, ranking Champ, CalcTastic (this app), then Real.
A very nice Casio style calculator. Large display with history is brilliant, but means I use standard mode on my small Alcatel one smartphone otherwise number keys too small and close together. I would willingly pay to upgrade but like other reviews have remarked they want the = key bottom right on the basic layout and NOT the new position one key to the left, and only 4 cols of keys - rather than 5. Please give this option soon.
Unsuitable for working with large numbers... for example enter 3^97 mod 353. This calculator will say 54. The correct result is 40. I verified using a python script and wolfram alpha just to be sure. Otherwise, I had it installed for a long time and used it. I like the interface and if not for the above, is a nice app.
I've had this app for several months, and I use it all the time. I love the RPN capability, with up to 20 registers. Excellent design and interface.
No fuss scientific calculator. App opens very quick (compared to other bloated calculators), which is important to me when I need to calculate something quickly. To top it all off, NO ADS!
Decent, but the fact that you have to add a 0 if you want to do an operation with a negative number (e.g. 5*(0-5) cause it won't accept 5*-5) is pretty tedious. Also can't edit single expressions without deleting all, plus copy/paste doesn't really seem to work. Tho I like the fact that you can tap a previous answer in order to include it in new calculations
No ads and does everything I need it to do. I especially like that I don't have to close parentheses. The scientific notation is treated as a single number rather than as a number times 10 like some apps.
Can copy but not paste in numbers; can't edit parts of an equation in progress without deleting the entire thing. It looks like an OK scientific calculator, but it can't do anything I need. Uninstalled.
A small footprint calculator that is simply great - has a few nice appearances options and has NO ads. Yehy. Well done to the developer.
Full featured, calc engine not double based(goes above 1e300), except won't let you edit expressions. It's been promised for a long time. Waiting on that before I get the pro version.
I love it, it has basically everyfuntion except those only available on a graphing calculator. It is also way better than any apple calculator.
Terrific calculator, especially if you are used to HP models. This is the only calculator app that I haven't been terribly disappointed in, and I haven't encountered any real flaw so far.
Awesome and fantastic. Its a must for any android phone. It has everything a calculator can have, trigonometry, square roots and so many other such wonders.Really very much impressed by this app. You,the developer, are really a wonder. Thanks a lot again
This is an amazing scientific calculator. It looks just like a real scientific calculator. It's 2 lines, which important, and it functions great. One of my favorite apps.
The most used features are available on this one. And nice, the themes fit. The handling is simple, fast. THANK YOU!
So many things so well thought out. Better than any "real" scientific calculator I've had. One feature would be nice: normal (and maybe other) distributions.
Fully functional sci calc that works with dark mode and doesn't have annoying ads. Excellent.
No ads, multi lines. Hope it allows to edit equations, add an answer key. Icon could be better.
my favorite calculator. looks exactly like school ones and performs like the calculators that we use. plus very small size!! good app!!
Great calculator. I cannot figure out how to reuse an equation, but everything else works great.
My system doesn't have a scientific calculator. Therefore it helped me a lot during doing logarithm sums . Thanks, Calc Tastic.π
Great calculator, no mysterious permission requested, no network phone homeπππ thanks for a fantastic Google alternative.
I had to do some twerking with this because the stack was getting a little bit complicated so I did expression which show my work and easier for anyone new to this app
What can I say? A scientific calculator that works well. Buttons are responsive. Most used functions are visible, and those that aren't, can be easily accessed. The layout is also easy on the eyes and keys are easy to read. The history feature is nice to see, eapecially if you need to look at old calculations you've done. Also, I like how you can adjust the haptic feedback in small amounts. This sure beats Googles ugly, clunky and bare bones calculator app. Oh man that thing's an eyesore.
