New app is trash, cant link with your account. Doesn't remember your information. Will not use it and recommend others not to use it or install it.. bad move by Scissors & Scotch to go to an even worse app. It's so difficult to use and useless I want to give this app negative stars.
Failed. The previous app worked. It showed appointments and allowed for booking. Not sure what this app is good for. I deleted and would recommend the same for others.
New app is terribly glitchy! Every time it gets an update it gets worse.
Have tried to download several times...it keeps telling me that the app is for Des Moines, Iowa and Olathe KS...great...we live in Oklahoma City...
Fantastic app. Great design, easy to use.
As far as I can tell, there is no way to view upcoming appointments or past purchases.
Can't sign into account or set appointments
I love this place, and a factor used to be how easy the app experience was. The new app doesn't even recognize my account exists. I hope you realize this is a huge step backward for your client experience.
