Works well very handy to have your health info at your fingertips
Not great, you would think an actual email would be sent for password or username recovery. Instead you get locked out because they don't send anything else except for an email saying you're locked out of your account. I guess I should write down my username and password (which goes against anything you should do with that type of information). No email sent to recover a password or username, doesn't show up in spam or anything. Nice and worthless thanks for a whole lot of nothing.
Navigation is missing back or home button/arrow. The only way to return to the home screen or go back a page is to close the application and re-log in. Very bad design. After several months, they still have not fixed this critical flaw. Bad developers.
I would actually give thisbe 4-1/2 star rating if I could. My SCL Health MyChart App upgraded to this version. I lost the ability to use a pin to sign in, which may actually make this more secure. I know there are bugs with every update. Let's see how this new updated version will work.
it is not updating my chart with any of my appointments, any of my texts any of the results. I can see things from two and three years ago but nothing much from the last week and I've had a lot of stuff going on in the last week.
Downloaded the app and it made me sign in 3 times because it kept crashing (my cell told me "the app is crashing". No idea why. Will not bother with it and just go on the website.
I was charged double the amount that their online info said I would be charged, and then they did not correct. The appointment was ok, but sound quality was poor. I'm deleting this and finding a different doc.
After a year of only video visits you would think they would find out a way where you can actually join the video meeting which my wife and I have tried numerous times with a Google pixel and iphone and have yet to have it work smoothly. Every time the doctor has to call us instead of using this garbage app.
Crashes immediately after login every time. Reminders subsequently don't work. It was perfectly fine a month ago.
Too many times the app does not open, it just goes to a blank screen with a SCL banner across the top but does not connect.
Every time I have entered into this app. I learn something new or find another page with more information. Thank you for creating an app with interesting information about me and my health...
Its telling me everything is wrong. My name is wrong. My email is wrong. I havent been able to see my messages since i signed up.
App keeps closing. Worked fine for first couple of weeks but now just goes back to chrome home page. I cannot access my patient account at all!
Feb 20. Still works. My chart is broken WHEN I USE THIS APP. Go to website for access. Feb 19 Fixed, took weeks but today after 90mins,3 techs later. No reason. FIXED Not going to pay online- too risky at univkansas st francis.BEWARE! Was working fine, died, now DEAD. Phone call, tech says "oh, gosh. We have a prob" STILL DEAD mychart recognizes me but No service at all. Be careful trusting MyChart univ kansas st francis.
I Love this app! I can reach my doctor via message, get my medical info, set up vitural appointments and a lot more! Thank you St. V's!
Nice to preregister, control your meds, make appts. Find information about heath and medicines. Great app. Nice to have control on your health information
This App makes everything so much easier to get a hold of your Doctor. It has everything you could ever need!
Great App! Got this app because of my dad so that I can have his past medical history and his present medical history right at hand for whenever needed.

This app used to work good until it was updated.. now it sucks
It says I have to pay to watch any videos and if I do my Healthcare won't cover it are my Medicaid won't cover it

Ok when it works. And it can't seem to remember my login or biometric preference. Time is short.
