App is only good for viewing what is available. The booking of tickets does not work properly, when you are in the payment method. The screen you get to confirm the payment with the bank disappears when you switch to another app (like your sms to check the OTP), which in turn blocks the seat you wanted to reserve and you can't try again. Sorry but what is the point of this app if the a important function (booking tickets) does not work properly.
I have never been able to book through this app. when the app is minimized to get the otp the payment screen closes automatically. Happens all the time. Today, app just hangs after pressing submit button after entering the credit card details.
Firstly,. I couldn't log in with my credentials or request for a password change. The login with Facebook function also doesn't work. I created a new account and logged in but asks me to update the app even though I have the latest version.
Stupid app. Doesn't work. I paid for a movie ticket using credit card and they took my money but I didn't get any confirmation or code. And the seat I selected shows as available still. Don't use this app. It eats your money
installed it few weeks back and tried to login with Facebook account. still waiting for the verification sms... bad first impression! again tried registering on 3/april/2019: utterly disappointing!!! bad registration experience as impossible to enter birth year!!! and still not getting the bloody verification sms!!! typical Sri Lankan service delivery or the utmost lack of it!
A great app to book tickets for scope cinemas and 5 stars if you add this option- before online booking starts you should have an option as "notify me". So the users will be notified when the booking starts. Was really worried that I couldn't book my favourite show. Please look into this😇
It tells me to verify my number. I already used it once. And now it just logged out and I can't log in. I reset my password more than 5 times but still not working. Can't access through my Facebook account even. Then I made a new account but still can't log in with the new id even. I'm truly disappointed
doesnt get past loading, just keeps turning round and round. useless app, can't use it at all. tried reinstalling, clearing cache, etc...
The worst app I have seen. I had to scrole 40 years of dates to just enter my birthday n after doing so cant complete registration. Terrible. Scope u guy charge such a large amount on tickets. pls be good enough to provide ur service as well. As all Sri Lankan services you r also the worst app
Good App and makes it easier!..But will Avenger's Endgame be able to be screened as planned due to the problems..I think a high security will be needed to be provided if screening...Tickets are also booked...Sorry putting it here but due to social media being down...Hope to get a reply soon as possible..
would be helpful if you provide up to date IMDB reviews. almost all the movies have a 7.9 rating, which isn't correct. why give the rating at all if it's wrong.
Can't say anything about the app because the otp required to install the app arrives after a few hours. And it seems to be expired when it does arrive.
just updated the app to the new version and now I cant login.. tells me to verify the mobile number. worked until today afternoon without any problems.. developers really need to do proper testing before releasing new updates!!
Cannot open the app. I have updated it to latest version. But every time I open app it says new version available please download. But I have updated already.

After updating, it keeps saying update to new version. So the app doesn't work now. Great!
Cant signin. When i try to sign in with my FB Account it says that my phone number already exists, but when try to login with my phone number it says there is no account with this number.
sms code verification is not working. please fix it ASAP. Avengers endgame is coming, i need to book some tickets 🤯

Worked fine for me. Logged in with Facebook, Booked and got the confirmation.

once you reserve the seat and exit by mistake, it doesn't allow you to choose the same seats again.
Cannot log in with old credentials or request foe password reset, since the latest update.

App Keeps Stopping when i try to book some movies. It happens over and over again on the same movie and hall. But not all the movies though. They work perfectly fine. Tried clearing cache, but nothing works. (Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 9.0) Please fix it with an update and i will rate higher.
