Excellent app for managing almost all aspects of the game. One area to modify is when you have a penalty during "running clock" scenario, you're not able to start/stop penalty clock independently from running clock.
Does not work with new Android devices
UPDATE: Running clock editing is fixed, thanks! Some issues remain: 1) Penalty time advances only for the 2 players visible on the screen, but up to 3 players can serve concurrent active penalties. 2) The app allows only one team timeout per period and has an unconfigurable default of 30 secs. However, NCAA rules allow 2 TOs per HALF, which is a bit different, and they can be up to 2 mins long. OLD VERSION: Clock must be stopped to edit scores, etc. This is a problem for running-clock tournament games where the clock never stops.
This app is very good. Would be 5 stars if you could have TO for both teams during a single period and adjust TO time. Would be nice to have the running clock pentalty adjustment (1 1/2 or 1.5 or 150%). I would be willing to pay for an AD free version.
Awesome app!!! 5 stars for the following: ability to start penalties independent of the clock, show the runtime while in the penalty and goal edit screens, the ability to share a game sheet.
You Can Change Modes It's Really Good.
Love this app...wish they made an ios version.
I really like this app. It has made my youth LAX timer duties so much easier. My only wish is to be able to start/stop penalties independent of the game clock to allow for a running clock. Then 5 stars.
Could be more intuitive. Also needs a running time penalty setting converting all penalty time presets to time and a half (increase each by 50%). I used this at a tournament ant had to hurry and adjust penalties every time because of this.
App works great. The only problem is our timeouts are 2 minutes not 30 seconds. Other than that its very nice and easy to use. Also, a running clock mode for youth games would be nice.
Allows for multiple penalties. Just fix the duration of a time out to 2:00
It works
There is a bit of a learning curve to sort out all of the functionality without any instructions, but I once figured it out, it's easy to use. My iOS friends are jealous. I don't use the scoring function, but if I did, having the ability to output to a game sheet or file would be very helpful. I'd happily pay a modest sum for an ad-free version as well.
