Firstly they don't actually review your credit. Any changes to my credit did not receive alerts. Secondly I was unable to get ahold of them to cancel and it slipped my mind until the next billing cycle. I was than able to get ahold of them the same day as billed but my refund request was denied.
Very easy to use, and has all of the information you need regarding your credit scores. Additionally, they have every single service that you could think of regarding credit scores and credit history. Customer service is fast to respond, you can't go wrong with this app if you are trying to investigate your credit and build on it.
I am writing this review these people are thieves i did not authorize payment. I asked for a refund rhe day after it posted on my bank statement my bank told me to wait untill it posted because they can not give refunds on pending payments. I did not use the service not one time i did not know it was something i paid for untill it came up in my bank statement!!! DO NOT USE THIS APP AT ALL THEY ARE GRIMMY!!! THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MONEY CAUSE I ASKED THE DAY AFTER THE BILLING DATE!!!!! ONE DAY!!!!
Hasn't worked at all since last update. Won't even open.
Great app very friendly user face. And all you can imagine to help you secure your identity and help rebuild your credit. The customer service is very nice and polite understanding to individual needs. Would recommend to anyone trying to rebuild credit to download this app. It is a must have when it comes to credit insight. Thank you ScoreSence.
In a matter of 1 year, I changed my credit score from 515 to a 706 using this app! it helps you see what needs fixing, and where you need help. I was able to see defaults that were incorrect and dispite them easily. 3 out of 4 negative accounts got removed. Yes at $35/mo its a bit spendy but I was able to purchase a new car for 4% interest because of this sites help. Updates monthly to see where your going. new house is next and I am happy with the site!
Can't login unexpected error every time.
I've been using Experian 3 bureau for a several years now and I was just about to try this app out when I saw the review saying they were charged without intending to subscribe and even after contacting customer service were told their refund request was denied..... Whelp, that kind of nonsense is a deal killer for me, and if it was me my next call would be to challenge those charges on my credit card. If nothing else I would at least be able to waste some of your time.
This is an awesome app that shows all 3 companies with your info about each one and your Score for all 3. You can compare the information on one to the other to make sure that there aren't any differences. If there are you can send it to someone with ScoreSense who will look at it and find out what is going on. I have 1 problem between my 3 reports. 2 of them agree that an outstanding account was closed. But the other company says that it is still open, and rating me worse.
Wow. Bad deal ... Stay away. They require all of your personal info- name, social security #, birth date, address, phone number, etc, then want your creditcard or bank card number to keep on file and charge every month if you don't cancel within the 7 day $1 trial. Which seems to be a very difficult thing to do. However all of your info is still on file there and "possibly" succeptable to hackers.
This is a rip off! You can get all this info through Credit Karma and the services offered for free through many major credit card apps. If you're trying to clean up your credit and money you don't need to spend $40 a month to see whats on your credit report. When I asked for a refund they refused. Don't spend your hard earned money here, use it to pay your bills.

I purchased this service in hopes of getting in touch with someone that could help me better my credit or at least understand how it works. I have been asked repeatedly for my my social security number over the phone then placed on hold for a credit rep, then asked if I would like to be placed on a call back list. I said yes 2.5 hours ago. I never received a call back. It is now 6 pm CST and they are closed. May report fraud.
This app truly sucks!!! I paid the dollar for the trial, when I tried to call and cancel it was was hung up on multiple times! When I was finally able to cancel I was still charged.

I'd NEVER Hire this company again. Not only was I locked out of the site multiple times. Then having to call or use the chat options to resolve the password. I was billed for service's that they NEVER did. Reason being because I hired Experian to resolve my issues because ScoreScence wouldn't answer me! Yes I'm absolutely disappointed with the service I was promised. Yet didn't receive! Especially when I was told that my letter of approval was in the mail. 🤪🤪🤪 Haha! That was funny!
THIS APP IS ONLY FOR STEALING FROM YOU! I installed the app, signed up with my email address and I paid the dollar for the free trial, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOG IN SINCE! Worst of all this means that I can't get in to my account to cancel the trial?!
In trying to setup an account, I'm unable to access the dropdown arrow to answer the reason question & to choose my state! When I tap on those boxes they are just highlighted (as if I want to 'Select All'). Problem solved!
The app won't open at all after the most recent update.
My experience with this company has been terrible. A potential landlord specifically asked for my credit score from here (they ended up trying to scam me). I paid the 1$ for the 7 day trial with the intention of canceling because all the information you can get from the company is freely available on other [better] apps. They force you to call them during their business hours to cancel. I spent 10 minutes on hold only to argue with the guy who then put me on hold AGAIN and then he HUNG UP. smh ⭐
NOT FICO scores. They provide Vantage 3.0 scores which are available for free from Credit Karma and Experian App. Also, you CAN'T cancel from the app. You HAVE to call during business hours and play 20 questions before they ever cancel it for you

A charge for $29.99 showed up on saturday couldnt contact them tell monday there closed on weekends. i called monday explained i didnt order the mothly subscription i was being charged for i have never used there service ever so she cancelled the Subscription then i got disconnected had to call and hold a second time the 2nd woman said she would put in a refund request and they would get back to me with a decion. Well today i got an email saying they denied my refund. WOW
I have the old version and using Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20. When i try to download the new version it does not see that i have an existing account. It wants me to re-register and when i do it say existing account, then it repeats. Please fix. I unloaded new version and still using old one.
I called to cancel and the guy was trying to sell me on keeping the membership. I kept repeating that I just wanted to cancel. He said to call back "much much later" because they were busy and hung up on me. Just called back and am now on hold....would not recommend.

I have never had any issues with this app I needed help a few times logging in and they have been happy to help They have done everything that they said that they would do
Since ive downloaded the app I have not been able to log back into my account. I've tried to do it in several locations with better connections and nothing worked.
They do not stay up to date on your credit scores and then the credit scores that they eventually post are incorrect. Like for example it could say that your credit score was 600 and then you call experian, equifax, and transunion and they'd tell you that my credit score was actually higher. Then they are supposed to update daily but then it's weeks. Also if you pay off accounts they still show the amount that it was 3 or 4 months before and you've had it paid off for all those months,
