Not the best app I'm the world , can be very frustrating at times , takes ages for the pages to load then it only comes up with some of the items, not all. I think 3 star is generous.

When refining for specific sizes for example xxl comes up with items which are totally not in stock in size xxl and lists items in small, medium and large instead. Extremely frustrating so didn't continue browsing and made purchases elsewhere instead. Same issues with the normal website too. Don't have this issue with other retailers, just specific with Scott's and other brands within the JD group.

APP very clunky in comparison to other online clothes retailers, frustrating at times and almost to the point of shopping elsewhere. Needs to be slicker and more accurate, for example, yesterday it kept emptying my basket with no explanation?

Downloaded the APP, placed an order, after placing the order received a notification to say 1st app order code to get 10% off. Obviously couldn't now use it after 1st order placed. Contracted customer service but was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Living in Sweden it's cool to have excess to all this brand where you could go on Sale. Maybe I miss some more different patterns/paintings on t-shirts - ex from Boss and different brands. Most t-shirts are blank. But all in all - it's cool.

Not sure if just Android, but the App doesn't load anymore, thought I'd give it another go but same message all the time. Product list couldn't be loaded at this time etc. Shame. Used to be a decent app.

It's very intuitive and easy to use but it crashes too much, I can barely scroll through 10-15 items without it crashing

Notifications are useless. If i click on the notification i expect to be taken to that item, but Scott's just sends you to the home page and the notification disappears.

Having problems using the app everytime I press to go on it it just comes up with error all the time so can't even use it now. Very disappointing.

only downloaded the app as there was an advert that if i did and used the the 'APP10' then i would get 10% off. i did not get the 10% off though. not too happy

Absolutely shocking app. Did all my shopping added to basket entered all my details but wouldn't except PayPal details tried on numerous occasions but no joy a complete waste of time.

slow to categorise items, app crashes constantly. looks good but is a pain to use.

Keeps crashing when filtering on brands. Deleted and reinstalled, still the same. Off to spend my money elsewhere.

This app never works and if you have notifications they never ever load all you get is the home page and a error message saying unable to load I use Scott's a lot but never from their app.

Keeps stop starting

Not working. This and the Tessuti app are not working on samsung s10. They dont load correctly. Sort it out please.

Easy to use & always good quality brands & products. Scotts always delivers in every way. Will definitely use again 🙂

Choice is fantastic and prices are great love the discounts, and you don't have to wait to long to get your products.

Orders are sort straight away and seemed to be dispatched ASAP however 4 items don't come as one, you end up with 4 orders, strange?

App works very well. Ordered standard delivery and only took two days! Great service.

Crashes all the time, images don't always load, totally amateurish, surprising given the money this company have. Poor.

App works well and good clothes, however the you can add to your wishlist but then can't view your wishlist

Nice stuff, app is very annoying though as you constantly have to log in to your account.

Won't let me into my orders, let's me log in loads my details then when I goto orders says password and email combination incorrect
