Scrabble Cheat – Word Helper

I wrote text below and just found out that all I had to do was touch the button in upper right corner and choose switch themes and it's back to my fav view. Yay🤗 Was the best until Mar 23. It wouldn't open and I reinstalled. It did not open with the same interface as it was before. The next day it was back to normal, but by 9 pm, it was showing the different interface. I don't like the new look and hope this is not permanent.🤮 The other interface was modern. This one looks old AND has ads👎

I'm actually not complaining about the ads!! Most of the ads I can click out of quickly I'd it's something I'm not interested in, which is nice. My only complaint is that, when I click away from the app to enter a word from the list in my puzzle, the list resets to the top every time when i come back to it. Other than that, hugely helpful!

I had been using Scrabble Cheat for years + loved it. It helped me find words for Words w/ Friends... The newest version deleted the 'clear' button so you have to tap each letter to remove it- that is irritating. All of a sudden, it won't work. I forced it close, tried the app, restarted phone, tried the app, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, tried the app. Still won't function. Now I have to try a different app.

This new version is bug riven. For example, copy paste etc come up in a foreign language. The link to the buy add free version does not work and the adds are too in your face and detract from the good experience of the previous version. Correct or I'm afraid I shall have to uninstall. A pity as I had a lot of pleasure using the previous version.

It only took 3 years to fix the bugs that limited my review to 4 stars! Finally, most everything works -- the CLEAR button text sizing is too large on my CB, but that's a minor nit to pick. As always, the speed is incredible. I didn't check the WWF dictionary to see if it really matches play, but that is probably outside of the developer's hands. One other suggestion: after CLEAR, go to letter entry automatically.

The app is super helpful. I like the design and it is very easy to use and understand how to use it. My minimal dislikes are that sometimes it doesn't work at all. It will just freeze up and sometimes no words come up at all. There have been about 5 times I wasn't able to use the app at all. If it would work I would have given it easily a 5 star. Ultimately due to the frustration of it coming up with 0 word choices I had to uninstall it.

Nice to have CSW2019 words now, along with the new theme/layout; however, you need to change the colour for the blanks in the words found (if selected in settings to be seen), as one can hardly differentiate the blanks from the other letters. I also think the points should not be in a red font either, as it is a possible problem for people inflicted with colour blindness. These are design issues that any good app developer should avoid - basic stuff really. Functionality of the program is good.

New name, same bugs as before. Still no update to fix the annoying bug... Great interface with a choice of dictionaries. But, there's an annoying bug in the latest update - when switching dictionaries (with the input boxes populated) the app seems to repopulate the boxes but incorrectly; whatever was in Contains ends up in Ends With, etc.

I like the interface and the ability to change how I see my results, either by score or by length of word. But there are TOO many ads. I usually don't complain about this, but in the case of this app, it is annoying. Every three times I look up a word or change what I'm looking for within a specific group of letters, I get an ad. Now I know I didn't pay for this app, so I get I what paid for...too many ads.

When using the (contains) option, the words returned will have duplicate letters of those in the (contains) box, whether or not they are actually duplicates in the tile rack. So it almost makes that box useless, if I have to manually sort out a slew of words. Otherwise it is a decent app.

Keith Games is on it! I had a problem after an upgrade and they immediately got back to me! The solution was in the settings that I did not see! I've really loved this app for a long time and panicked when I thought they changed it. Silly me. I was so wrong. Thank you to Keith Games as I did not see all the choices given in the settings! After I checked, I found my solution only a simple click away! I will never doubt again!! I will continue to recommend this app as the #1 word game solution!

It seems COVID made the developers money hungry; the app is now inundated with ads and has become frustratingly slow! Startup or switching to it from another app takes up to one minute before you can enter your letters. It's also using a lot more memory than previous versions.

It's a good app. Handy and not too annoying. Well laid out and easy to use. Has the features you need and want. Some suggestions might be to see more words at once. The space is not used efficiently. The ads appear jarringly. But not overly intrusive.

Not sure why but on my device this runs in the background even when not in use. Clearing it does nothing as it will come back again. Rebooting doesn't help either. Normally my go to app for word games but I'm going to remove it as it phantom drains my device and just won't fully quit.

Loses a star because I recently broke my phone so I installed on my tablet instead but it does not give you the option to login to an account to continue with my paid for ad free version and I refuse to pay again as I am only using it on one piece of hardware. This aside it is a great and very helpful app and I do highly recommend.

It kept making my phone go black and would have to restart my phone just to use it again. Tried to download it twice, same result both times. It's not worth losing the use of your phone, just to find a word that uses an X, J, or a Q. Take my advice, find a different app or just use the internet, saves time and you will still be able to use your phone afterwards.

It seems to have an upper limit of how many words it will find for you. A blank tile would dramatically increase the number of word possibilities, but the app will max out at three letter words if you use a blank tile. So you never get to see the higher earning words you could play. Going to try a different app.

Uninstalled and reinstalled after the update failed to fix the ad issue, and it works like a charm. They responded almost immediately when I emailed them too. Great app and does what it says it does.

To use when I get totally stuck. Was looking for a words with friends helper since WWF started changing tiles making my last cheat helper useless. This app does not help look for words but has started to recreate the wheel and require you to go back and forth to see what works. A waste of time.

I started using the free version until I was sure that this was a great app. Even then, there wasn't an add popping up with every single search. But eventually, I paid for the add free version. Definately worth it.

not bad. would like blanks in search. You took a good app and made it worse. Now after looking at a result it shows an ad or a demo, just like before. But now you can't easily leave the demo without installing it! Not nice.

While the words suggested are good, there is a HUGE bug in this app. Specifically, it adds the 50 point bingo bonus to all seven letter words - except those with wildcards (and the settings do not allow this to be turned off). Fix this and I will add at least one more star.

I understand that's it's a free app and ads are expected but ....bloody hell!. ..do they have to be so frequent.. Every time to check the word list Im forced to wait 10 to 15 seconds for an add to finish... Very tedious.. I'm uninstalling! . Shame because it is a nice little app... But the bloody adds that keep popping up doing my bonce in!

Works well overall. Some words generated are not usable in Words with Friends. I appreciate that the developers of this software need to make money with advertisements. However, the number of ads one must wade through have made this product too time consuming for me to use.

Good, but could be better. The 'contain' box is too limited, only allows 4 letters and doesn't allow question marks. If you change it to allow up to 7 letters (definitely needed at times) then I'd give it 5 stars.

Unable to refresh the page. The letters can't be removed. The app was working fine but as of two days ago it has crashed. The app is frozen I've uninstalled an reinstalled but I get the same results frozen screen.

This is app is horrible! Use to be ok but then it began ads every time you touched the screen, Sometimes two ads. It'll wait till you touch the screen then go to a 15 sec ad.
