Scratchpay

They charge a $2.50 "service fee" for debit or credit cards but don't tell you. So when you setup autopay with your payment amount, you'll be slapped with a fee for not paying the correct amount. If they are going to do that, they should add a warning screen that reads that you need to add $2.50 to your monthly payment for this fee when you add a card as the payment method. Or auto add the fee if you select a card instead of using your banking.

I found out about Scratchpay at the emergency vet when my dog got hit by a car. It was quick and easy to get financed. Interest is reasonable. Great service. The app is very handy to check balance and make payments.

I've had Scratchpay for years. No problems til now. My vets office forgot to finalize the APPROVED payment so 2 days later I had to reapply. I was DENIED for $500/12 month plan after being approved for $700/12 month plan on night of service. Scratchpay said they could approve the 3 payment plan: X dollars now, X dollars in 2 weeks, & X dollars 2 weeks after that. If I could've afforded that I wouldn't have needed them. Customer Svc sucks; BLAMED IT ON COVID!! No way to see your balance on app.

App needs work. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Can't see what the balance is on your loan. I use to love how they were easy to work with on loans for 12 months. Now they only offer pay this much now and then pay this much every two weeks for two months. I was so excited to finally find a loan that was easy and cheap to take care of my pets. And the company has changed.

Horrible. I have a brochure from the vet that says there's a 3-month "interest-free" payment plan. The live rep said it's no longer an option which is why I applied in the first place. I asked the rep if there's a promo plan with no interest. She told me I have to go online to find it, even though the brochure says "24/7 live customer support." I had to tell her the same thing several times for her to understand me. There's no charge for checking but $2.50 for charging payments every time. Awful

I have it set up where $28 comes out automatically from my bank account. For some reason, it always says balance owed is $28.13. well, it never takes the 13 cents out.. so every freakin week it says that I have a late payment!!! For 13 cents that it just doesn't take out!! Ridiculous.

It really helps and it isnt a horrible agency to work with like Care Credit. I cannot recommend them enough. I have used several other options before and this was the best. Even though our guinea pig wound up not surviving, I don't regret it.

Can't login with an existing account. Totally worthless if you want to pay off your account or need additional money quickly to help your dog. You have to call them if you can find their number.

I could not give a s*it how well the app works. I was at an emergency vet at 2am with a parvo puppy and I can say pretty certainly that if scratchpay didn't exist, she would have died. I didn't have access to the financial equivalent of a 2013 Kia, and I didn't think I would be approved (I have one little credit card only like a year..) and I was...in like 5minutes. Thank God for scratchpay. Womble is healthy and happy because I was able to get her treatment. THANK YOU💖💜💝🐕🐈🐱

I love the fact they are there in time of need. but we paid them back with no late payments. and needed them again for a emergency with our four legged baby and they denied us. dont understand why. they got paid back and with no late payments. we showed them that we will pay. dont understand why

App is a little wonky, wish it had more functionality. But I like that it shows the full remaining balance.

Wonderful app. If not for scratchpay there would be 3 dogs that would have suffered. They make the loan process simple and they work with you. 1000 x better than Care Credit.

Infinite loop, I downloaded this app for easy pay. On the log in page I'm required to accept terms and conditions, which after accepting takes me back to log in, which requires accepting T&C which takes me back to log in which requires accepting T&C which takes me back to log in... Worthless

VERY HAPPY! Easy to make payments. This company helped pay my veterinary bill when my dog was sick and I didn't have enough to cover the bill. I'm forever grateful!

We got scratch pay because we absolutely had to for our dog. First if all, the app is stupidly step up. At no point can you see your total amount that you owe. Not to mention when you chat with a representative they will tell you how much your balance is then tell you your interest is $0.23 A DAY!!! DO NOT USE SCARTCH PAY!!! I borrowed $300. Payed my first payment of $32. The next month my bill only went down $10 because 23 cents a day. This is a RIP off of a company. I will be posting how much of a rip off it is all over social media and telling everyone I know about it. No one should ever use this company. P.S. Were paying this debt off first thing tomorrow morning to get this completely out of our life.

My dog needed emergency surgery and the hospital I used recommeded this card. I didn't have time to do research. They have HIGH interest and charge DAILY interest. My dogs surgery was $2000. They were going to make me pay $198 a month. I paid off my entire balance nine days after opening my account and they already charged me $20 in interest because they charge DAILY interest. I think it's awful that there are companies that take advatage of people that are in despate situations with their pets

Great company to work with. Easy to use and payment is so low. Helps me when one of my babies needs care beyond your means.

This app and the website won't accept my credit card for online payments. I now have to send payments through the mail.

Really hard to use app very confusing.not at all as easy as the old one.not very happy with it.

This app definitely needs some improvement and needs to show the amount owed along with a better outline of payments paid.

Password field isn't long enough, application is unusable for passwords over 14 characters.

I was approved for 4500, used 200 and all of a sudden was no longer approved for the remainder. I have to put my dog to sleep, and when you count on that being there..you count on it. I'm extremely disappointed in this a d would not reccomend to ANYBODY!

I just made a 50 payment on the app and was charged 52. So i get a loan to try and save my poor dog, WHO DIES , and y'all and insult to injury by charging extra to pay on the app? I will definately NEVER use that app again and i will make sure that i add this to your website as a negative review!
