Second brightness app that does Nothing beyond 100% shown on my Chromebook brightness toolbar-which arrived dysfunctional when brand new. I understand it's a connectivity issue on Google's behalf during manufacturing but this shoul only affect where 100% lays on their toolbar, not as maxed out brightness capability in the app too. Apps leaning so hard on what we already have factory installed defeats the entire purpose. Unless you're using it as a lazy access dimmer switch like many others.
This is perfect. Only one I've seen so far supporting brightening the screen. Together with invert color provided by the system this is excellent for a even lower brightness especially with AMOLED screens.
Excellent! The quick adjust pulldown is a great feature. Just wish RGB mode had numerical input or the same (+)(-) buttons for fine control🙋
Works great for my Alcatel Streak! I could never use it outdoors until finding this app today. Of course, my worry is damage from pushing the envelope! This not addressed by the developer - so I will only use this app when necessary!

This did nothing to increase brightness. Im trying to ensure I can see what's occurring in cop dramas where lighting is crazy low. Useless app :/ no idea why is has 4.2 stars.

Excellent. Must be understood before becoming really useful. Especially good for punchy contrasty AMOLED displays. It can filter softer tones, making the screen more pleasant to use at night, letting you see more details in the dark, same applies in the day using different settings. Great to improve Maps satellite view visibility outdoor in broad daylight.
