screen lock number golden gate

Why this lock comes twice on mobile sometime. Example i use lock first from my phone 4digit number lock. Then come on screen this lock i open it. And then again came this lock. And this lock not opening. And how i use my phone. Then i reboot my mobile.. Then i uninstal this app and isntal again. But same problem again

this app is horrible because it locked me out for at least a hour and it controlled my whole phone !!!!
