One star, only because it's one of the leach apps, first it's ok, ads are normal,then it changed my screen saver, then it added an ad on my screen saver. This ap was supposed to help me manage distractions, not increase them. I know they need to make money somehow, but I'm deleting for this reason.
It was a decent app until recent update. The ads started to appear on my lock screen. A green screen with an ad. I had disabled permissions to do so but the ads kept appearing. Breaks a few regulations set by Google play. Took me a while to figure out which app was causing it. Get something else.
Edited- thank you for fixing the timer to be able to move it around the screen! Previous - Always room for improvement but I have had a great experience so far with this app. It does what it needs to. Would like the timer that pops up occasionally to be able to move it around on the screen though. Gets in the way at times.
This is the worst app possible, like ver in any category of apps. This app was able to draw over my lockscreen, even when I had revoked the special acess for that. Everytime I unlocked my phone, it was there, every damn time. There was this green screen with an ad. I had to spend a whole damn day to figure out it was this app that was ruining my phone. It revokes the ads policies and rules set by the European standards. This is nothing but a damn waste of time.
Doesn't give break down of app time for any other days when the interfaces shows data for othert days. calculates wrong amount of up time. I definitely do not spend 12 hours a day on my phone. Filled with way more add than the last app I was using for little to no improvement. I could just be wrong about this because I did not spend very much time with it. Take this a review with a grain of salt.
App worked fine for a few days, after that it opens, shows me an ad, then closses, . I already cleared the cache and data of the app and still doesn't work. Might be because of the downtime cuz I'm pretty sure that I didn't allow the app. Help would be appreciated.
There is a tiny problem when time runs out user could tap on add 10 minute easily and add more and more times that button should be removed from there and user shouldn't find this option easily. Needs a password for oppenning app and going to time setting. Other things are so good.
Controls your screen time nicely. You can in fact turn off the screen time lock screen. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because its too easy to add 10 minutes to your time on an app after set the time limit is up.
The thing irritating about the app is quick access. Need to understand that this is not a primary app and nobody needs to use it daily, once set the setting and should forget about it. Secondly it keeps on asking to rate always is also annoying. I agree that we are using the app but that doesn't mean I have to rate it itself. Don't annoy the user and just let them enjoy at their pace.
It only shows me the overall time spent om phone today, not the separate apps, it has a circle graph that doesn't give any specifics and the overall time isn't even accurate, at some point it just shows 1 day and x hours? Also i HATE how it pops on my entire lock screen and I have to remove it before unlocking
I was expecting to be given an alert or forceful stop of apps when the limit of usage is over. This app doesn't work properly for some times. I'm really disappointed. And plus it can't be open even if I waited the loading. 😑 So I have to clean the app from primary memory and restart it.
The app does the job but I think that some improvement could be added, such as showing the previous days apps consumption (maybe i've missed it), and pre filter the time limit and down time by showing the most used app at the top.
Very useful. The timer ticking in front of you makes you question yourself that what i have been doing since... And automatically you want to exit the social media. Reliable and useful screen time
Nice simple app. looking at your total time you spent on your screen you realize you have no life if you have to spend that much time on your smartphone. you get an ad that pops up whenever you open it but no big deal you can just hit the X. hopefully this app will make a lot of people aware but they spend most of their life on their phone.
Stupid app. Even if I haven't set any restriction for a particular time, at that time too it's not allowing me to use apps sometimes and closing my apps. Sometimes working fine n sometimes just closing apps unnecessarily. Not good at all. Files with bugs.
Amazing bettet than any other lets you use friendly controls and unlike other apps it does not add more time everytime you enter the app, plus lets you add 10 min. if you want to.
Too many ads, makes it annoying to configure anything. Functionality seems to be what I was looking for. English grammar could use improvement.
Didn't get very far with it because there were ads around every corner! Usually I'm okay with a few ads every once in awhile but it made me watch one every other time I wanted to lock an app.
This app tells you how much time you spent on your phone ignoring the real life. It is very impactful when you are a self learning person and understand where to cut short using those apps where you spend most of your time (like games, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) I would expect this to show me historical data, so I can compare week long app breakdown of hours and not just total hours. Thanks!
It doesn't show the accurate timing. Instead it blocks my apps for completing it's time limit when I clearly didn't and shows some random timing . I don't get how this works.
initially when I installed this app, I had a timer overlay on my screen that told me how long I'd been on my phone that day. It's gone now and I can't figure out how to get it back. I have overlay permission enabled but the counter is just... gone.
Intrusive and unintuitive. I want data not something that hijacks my home screen every time I open the app then makes it very hard to understand how to shut that off.
This app is truly the best in all aspects. It let's me know usage time accurately and I have been improving a lot with it! The only problem though is that there are too much ads.
Its very usefull to me... Basically i am a phone addiction, i spend so much time on my phone.so i want to check it. After this wonderfull app was installed in my phone. The app shows averagely i took 8 hours to spend my phone in one day.. now a days my eyes are damaging due to this reasons. So i want to control it.now i spend my phone less than a 5 hours. I controled it.Its very accurate application.easy to use, try it!
It's a fine app, user wise, but it doesn't differentiate between apps actually being used, and apps that are not being used but are sitting active in "Recent Items" in the background. It's not able to be accurate for me for that reason. The customisation is very limited and there aren't many adjustable settings.
