The Screenwise Meter mobile app is used to manage registered panelists' participation in market research panels. If you are not a registered panelist, this app will not function; please do not download or use this app.

This really deserves no stars. I just installed app. Screen blocked with a message disallowing log in. That's brilliant. Are you designers middle school students? The next questions asks me to tell more and rate experience with ads. Hahahaha!!!!! Impossible! I can't get into the app. Look at 2nd question. No place to give critique except space provided question 1. Zero stars.

App is user friendly and offers an opportunity for you to make your opinion known on a variety of subjects. It allows you to earn points by taking surveys that can be traded in for really nice gifts. The app is installed to your browser and runs unnoticed in the background as you surf the web.

I have been on the panel for 3 years with no problems or issues at all. As a mater of fact, it has been a good ride, and the little extra cash was nice too. Today, I could not sign in to the google extension or the screenwise app. When I contacted support, I was told my account was deactivated due to low usage and they cannot reactivate my account. Apparently, my usage is not getting reported has every device in my house goes through the router and the app is on my phone. From reading some of the other reviews, it seems like others are having the same issue.

When it works I do get my rewards and have redeem them on multiple occasions. On the other hand however, app keeps crashing every time I try to load it. It doesn't notify me of check in or anything. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it over and over again for it to work for one time then it stops working. Support wasn't helpful as all I got in response was "did you uninstall and reinstall it?" like what else is there? The app literally closes the moment I open it.

Just got the email and notification and had to do a double-take at both of them. So sad that this has come to an end. Sending a HUGE thanks for an amazing way to earn income passively. And to everyone that's saying they were removed for no reason: You were NOT removed for no reason. The program has ENDED for EVERYONE. Try reading the email and notice in the app for once.

The app stopped working with Android 11, which has a host of other glitches. I use the Pixel 3a XL. I would expect Google to ensure all its services are compatible with its own smart phone os, especially on its own device. This is what happens when you push through a major update without following the normal testing procedures.

I'm having some issues on my 2013 N7. Can't reactivate. Kinda pointless until i can. Edit: clearing data in the settings did the trick. Laymen probably would've uninstalled and reinstalled and that would've done the job, too, but annoying that such is required for a modern and to be fixed.

After trying to get the app to reconnect to my account and also contacting customer support my account was deactivated even though I still had it on my phone and for some odd reason it wasn't sending any notifications to make sure I was connected every week. I cashed out my points today and after 5 years of having this I have to end it with a 2-star.

I have downloaded this app on my previous phone and now on my new phone. On both, when I try to sign in I get a message that says Unable to verify your account at this time. I thought it was a problem with my old phone but it doesn't work with the this one, either.

As with most, it worked great when it was Google's 'baby'. I started getting a notification that I needed to add a history activity permission. I do what it says and then it gives me the same message. Everytime I use it it reverts back to being off and I start the process all over again. It is annoying as hell and it needs to be fixed. If this is Ipsos' attempt to run people off so they don't have to pay rewards, they will find I am very stubborn. Ask my wife. Again, fix it!

The app remote doesn't connect to tablet more than half the time. Since the latest update the app remote won't connect at all. What's the point of having the app so that checking in and out is easier when the app doesn't work?

Awesome app for Opinion Rewards. I have it running on both cell phone and tablet along with the family's cell phones. Have accumulated over $400 in a few short months. Easy to use and this app works as a remote, making it easy to login to the TV meters along with mobile browser check-in.

I was so excited when I saw the remote feature. I got an old tablet out of my pile of forgotten electronics and set it up by my couch as a remote. This would be very useful as my TV meter has to be near my soundbar, but the remote must be in vertical. Not a big deal but I don't like using the app on it's side. I would love a duplicate meter on my phone. The screen dims and gets brighter. But you can have the real meter near a speaker so it gets good audio.

Occasionally Theres a few bugs with the app but I have been with Screenwise/ now opnion rewards for over 3 years and with multiple phones, I've never not been able to redeem my points and any issues were worked out right away. Very nice passive income without hassle.

I'm having the same issue. All of a sudden i get message about fix history and when i select it. It shows that it is on. I turn it off then in and I still get same issue. so I dont know what the problem is. But it needs to be fixed. Otherwise I like the app when it is working, bc I can get Amazon gift cards Update 11-3-20 I'm having the same issues as everyone else. Got a message today im no longer a participant and I have been earning points

I've been using this for a long time without any problems, but once I upgraded to Android 11, it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked for about a week before it stopped working again. Not worth reinstalling every week.

great app i would recommend it if you don't mind having your internet browser history monitored ive saved all my points for a year i jist cashed out and was able to acumulate 80$ in credit i applied to Amazon vertual gift card which doesn't expire just a reminder that the points are only good for a year you have to read the fine print after a year there is no guarantee you can't hold on to them for longer-term

Has worked fine through Android 10. On Android 11, it seems to stop working about once a week and needs to be completely uninstalled, reinstalled, and all permissions re-granted. Kind of annoying

Always runs , I get my points and I have cashed out MANY MANY MANY TIMES! Pay attention to the browser check-ins, which doesn't happen to often, when it does, just click it and keep earning points towards GIFT CARDS just for browsing, which is something you would normally do ANYWAY! So why NOT get PAID for it!?! 😉

installed th9s on my s9plus a few months the ago & all was great up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. Now it keeps flashing "checking info" & a connectivity problem warning keeps flashing on. No phone software updates have been carried out & when I try to open the app it just freezes. any advice?

After years of being a loyal panelist, I changed phones and they considered me "inactive" due to a software error of no fault of my own. They cancelled my account and took any remaining rewards. I tried to contact support and got a very rude response saying I was "abusing the terms" by not staying active. Good luck becoming a new panelist too, they haven't opened enrollment to new panelists in years. Not worth the now $1 a week, used to be a great program when I was getting 6x that!
