Tried the August 2018 release and it wouldn't list the sign in the list. This version shows it and connects but when editing messages the cursor positioning within the text isn't moving letter for letter making edits very frustrating. Oddly it seems to work on the iPhone app. I hope the developers are working on the issues expressed in the reviews and soon!
Seems like a great deal when I saw the huge price drop I blamed covid19 for. Sadly, once I received the item and found out their application to control the device was so poor it is a struggle to get it to work... I felt cheated. One false review of it success and I was stuck with a sad excuse for a program. When typing, setting, password and so much more. You will be kicked out while doing anything. I had to use my text message application to make the board message even work. That's bad...
The app keeps closing when trying to create a new new message. So it's pretty much stuck with my original message.
I can't even use my sign because the app is always crashing. Please fix this asap because I paid good money for my scrolling sign!!!
The sign & app are a piece of junk, don't waste your money! don't work. If I didn't have to give a rating it would be less than 1 star.
Doesn't work. Can't log into the sign to change the message. Waste of time and money.
your company is as terrible as your product. good thing staples took this garbage back. Bluetooth is USELESS RETURN IT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
Sucks on android but works fine on iPhone 7+, tried both versions.

App sucks! Will not work with the sign properly. Have to unplug the sign, plug it back in, power my phone off, power phone back on, every time, in order to update the sign! Pain in the butt!! And of course we hung the sign up high, so this involves lots of climbing up and down. Very disappointing!! Needs lots of fixes!! And a remote control!
Please test your apps before publishing. We are trying to setup the Bluetooth LED Scrolling Sign at our Staples store to display the product but we need to always tap to write a letter because the cursor return before the last letter. Please fix this...
Please fix, the message input, you can't type correctly. The sign is nice, fix the app, it needs work. Sign isn't worth the $ if the app don't work

This is the worst app for this sign. Can't type corectly keeps crashing. Get a better app. Returning the sign as the app sucks
pain in the neck. it is too unstable. it very rarely opens first time. so.etimes have to delete and restart app. or try other things the sign is good as long as you have your message running, but dont want to make changes. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Minus 2 or 3 would be more relistic. I keep changing message. But if you have ONLY 1 message and never change it, then it's OK.
