love the app! it would be really useful to have a feature that allows you to mark transactions as "accounted for" when doing my check book. Sometimes alike charges come in a few days after the actual transaction took place and it can throw me off. it would cool to be able to check it off once I log it in my check book. just a suggestion great app overall.

Used this app for a long time, and all of a sudden this past week or so it stopped working. When you clock on it, it pops up for a split second and then closes. I can uninstall and reinstall and it will work one time only. I was very happy with the app before it started crashing.

Crashing on launch after a single use. Same issue on another phone. Only fix is to clear all data and re-enter credentials. Needs a patch or needs to be removed from app store. When the app works, it's nice to have.

This credit union is horrible. I closed my accounts and they couldn't even do that right. Avoid everything about this place. The APP is not very usefull. I did not see a way to deposit a check like all other banks. The app does work as intended tho so I gave it a few stars.

Can't login at all, restarted phone several times. Worked fine til a few weeks ago, now I'm getting "request limit reached" along with what looks to be a few hundred others. I see why you need to move to a different app soon, and what a welcome change that'll be.

Barely serviceable to begin with, now it won't even open without crashing. If you offer an app, make sure it works or don't offer one at all.

The old app was far better. The new app is unreliable. Loads very slow, over 24 hours behind, cannot pay bills or transfer money. Bring back the old app!

I've loved this app up until the past two weeks when it has suddenly begun crashing immediately after being opened. Please fix! I'm on a Google Pixel 3.

It is slow. My tablet has the old app on it and I can see my checks pending and when they will be deposited. The new one doesn't. That is a true bummer.

It was working fine until 2 days ago! Now it's telling me I have "reached my limit". I don't even know what that means. Have I signed on too many times to look at MY account? It is also telling me that my password is wrong but it works on my online app!! Please fix this. I have uninstalled it.

Was completely serviceable until recently. However, it now crashes randomly and I have to re-enter my biometrics every other day.

There's nothing more frustrating than typing out a long message only to get logged out when I am about to send it. This has happened multiple times.

App worked great for over a year. Now won't open without crashing despite uninstall/reinstall. Now useless.

Invalid signon every attempt to login. Seems several others have this problem as well. This issue needs to be resolved.

So I have been forced to get this app the other app was good but who am I to judge just downloaded the app it will not except my password try to rest and it rejected my username as well I've messed with it for over an hour and still the same problem I give up guess I have to call the bank in the morning

Non-functional. keep getting 'invalid signon' error despite quadruple checking my login info and resetting my password. It's a shame.

It has been crashing excessively; only working when reinstalling the app after every use which is highly inconvenient.

Not very good and buggy or doesnt let you do thing and seems it has limits on how many times you can even use it

Not able to log in. Keep getting invalid log in Contacted by SCU and problem resolved. App works great.

Not functional - 'invalid signon.' // same issue with mobile access to the site. My only option is to access using desktop or desktop version of the site on mobile. No option to deposit checks via mobile. Help?

TRASH APP. i know my password but it locks me out every time. works perfectly fine om chrome but this app just never lets me sign in

Constantly getting invalid login just like evertbody else. Seems to me you would have this fixed already. Our internet is down and cant use PC

Love this app It's very convenient I can look at what amount of money I have and I can transfer money and manage my money a lot better

Terrible app. This thing is a dinosaur. It has no functionality other than seeing balances

This is the best credit union and bank. I joined this credit union when it was only available for Military and when the Fairview heights bank was first build. So I've been banking here a long time.
