Good app. Only ask for me would be ability to cash a cheque using your phones camera otherwise everything you need the app to do is there and works.
Very slow and buggy. Interac e-rransfers take forever (when they actually go through). Very archaic format as compared to competitor apps. Definitely don't recommend.
The app is outdated compared to others such as Scotiabank. From time to time all your accounts get erased from the app. Then you have sign up your accounts all over again. Not the end of the world but it is annoying.
A little clunky. Some windows fail to load and you need to reset the app. For the most part, it works ok. The graphics could be a little nicer.
Excellent experience. I Do not agree with the .75 charges for etransfer. That is my only complaint. I think the App is awesome.
Only issue is that account preview balance CANNOT BE TRUSTED. This has led me to receive one overdraft fee. ALWAYS LOGIN TO CHECK YOUR CURRENT REALTIME BALANCE !! Pray service is not offline again.
Quickview didn't work on my A70. I upgraded my phone to the A52 and it works now!
Missing ability to SCHEDULE recurring e-transfers and/or bill payments. Dec 2021, still no recurring etransfers.
Needs an update to save quick view feature iv tried everything and it will not save very frustrating
Very limited, need to update to a be more modern and get with the times.
The new update broke the app cant access any transfers, it just freezes

Constantly crashes, wipes out all information, then you have to spend copius amounts of time with your branch setting it back up. What's worse, when you call your branch manager for help, and they reply with snide remarks instead of solutions. Was forced to call head office to straighten it out. They fixed the issue immediately. All that because the manager is not aware of the new security interface protocol and lacks basic customer service skills. The teller was more informed then the manager
