The app barely works. I often can't even get it to the log in screen. It just goes round and round and round. Very frustrating when you want to check the balance or make a transfer between accounts when away from home. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times with no difference.
still nothing from the developers on Blackberry use. now i cannot even see numbers on the logon keyboard, just question marks. for such a good credit union, this app is appalling. This app does not work with Android on BlackBerry. It keeps saying that the Handset is Deregistered. Please fix it, it cannot be that damn hard surely you have a developer who can sort this
17/7/20.Need a new app that works or I'm changing banks. This app has not worked properly since bank name change & everything I ring bank to tell them they make out it me or my phone. Well I now have a new phone & it still doesn't work. I have to restart my phone everything in order for app to work. Its disgraceful. I wish they would fix it & when they fix it make it so it shows pending purchases like it used to with SCU so you not what has not been spent yet. Not a happy customer of 30 years.
Every time I try to log in I have to close the app and reopen it, and that is really inconvenient when the teller is waiting for you to transfer money. Would be a great app otherwise.
1 year later and still the same issue!!!....App has never worked properly makes me sign (fingerprint) in a few times before it actually gets into the system .as of last 2 days its not even getting passed the sign in screen just the circle waiting symbol and even uninstalled and re installed and still not working just use the net works better
Was fine until a month ago or so, but now it crashes while launching every time. Have tried multiple devices and I'm having the same issue on each.
App won't even open, surely the bank can afford to make a decent app with all the interest they take from customers.
Good and easy to use interface. 5 stars if you can add the ability to tap on a transaction to get more details, like you can with the web version.
Will not open on pixel 3xl running Android 10, but worked fine prior to upgrade of OS. Update on 1st October now working on Android 10. Great job.
Why has this app not worked since the bank's name change?? After biometric authentication it just hangs. This is driving me insane as I need to see my accounts. It has not worked once today!
Keeps crashing on opening. Android 10 support needs to come faster. Considering moving my banking so I can actually access my accounts properly.
ALL this time I thought it was my fault, now I know different. Ever since the Name Change I have had problems signing in. Very frustrating as I want to know who has access to my Account other than me. Advice for the Elderly, "Please do NOT Sign for anything you are not sure of. Always ask and look at the Paper you are Signing. I got caught and I know who the Teller was.
Freezes alot, doesn't always load and works 65% of time - sometimes need to sign in 3 to 4 times in a row just to load
Cant get someone on phone at present to help me get access to banking , forgot a number so did get help last week but wasn't able to get into internet banking . Cheers .
If you are having trouble with constant required sign ins, Do Not try reinstalling as the verify is also playing up!
Downloaded app twice, still can't get pass "Get started" don't bother
Started off good but now after 3 or 4 log ins it starts to stall and I have to go to a web page to log in...
Why in the hell the app needs access to my contacts and manage my phone calls???? And then I deny this access YOU DENY ME ACCESS......so so wrong

Great App and practical
The app is mostly really good! You can transfer money, pay people, et cetera. It's frustrating though, because we're unable to see pending transactions, only the difference between the balance and the available money in the account. There also is not an option to group transactions into categories and see how much was spent in each over time, which is frustrating because I know I'd like the opportunity to see where I spend my money and where I can cut my spending to save more.
