This is a terrible platform, I paid for a one year subscription but every time I open the app my preciously downloaded magazines are missing, it wont let me download the new magazine and now since the update it doesn't recognize my account / subscription at all and wont log me in. Subscription was a total waste of money!

App doesn't work ...I am a current print subscriber and when I try to download I am just redirected to an "error" page...I mean how hard can it be to manage such simple functions as print content. Ridiculous!
When purchasing a subscription, the message says, "Your subscription will start immediately from the latest issue and will not include older issues." After having the $14.99 taken from my account, nothing has changed - still no access to latest issue, and no visible change to my subscription status. Nothing really helpful for dealing with this in the Help & FAQ section either... Kind of disappointing, since I do like the magazine.
