This application is only for operator or dealers of SCV. Customer or Consumers will not able to register your set top box for paying your monthly bills. SCV is not transparent to customers. They should provide options for customer login using their settop box details. Overall no use for people using SCV set top box at home.
Temp.suspend and Un- Suspend option is not there... Kindly add to this option Easy to access into this app. Thank you....
I have changed my password in scv website but it doesn't reflect in this app, The persons who all are using my operator ID are still using, Try to solve this problem or Bring a update that when we change password in website the app must ask for a new password...
Its Good and easy to recharge but some names are missing in the list of subscribers while recharging

kindly update customer payment option. Provide seperate App(or extra login id) for collection boys to see the customer plan(without package rate) with refresh option alone. Customers are asking what is our package whenever they go for collection. Difficult for us to tell everytime if collection boy can use separate app they can manage easily.
