SD Maid Pro - Unlocker

My venture into this app was scary, and filled with risk. Victory. I didn't lose any music, and I gained 4GB on my SD card, and 2GB on my internal memory. This app is safe for a novice to use, and the pro version is absolutely worth the extra money. Everything is explained as you go. It has choices to scan, and fix. I only wish that it had a master button to tap that would do everything all by itself.

Great app, does exactly what it says. I'd like to see two changes — combining this and the main app, and a rethinking of the app's navigation. Cluttering the app drawer with what is essentially an IAP doesn't make sense. The side drawer is very cluttered, and "back" never takes you where you'd think. Maybe removing the nav drawer entirely and moving to bottom tabs would be better.

I've tried many apps like this. Been using this for years. Works flawlessly, never crashes, does what it says and has never caused a nightmare by deleting something important. User makes final decision as to what will be deleted.... duplicate, empty files, left over junk from deleted apps, etc. Buy the "Pro" add-on. For a change, this one is actually with the money!

I've been using SD Maid Pro for a few years and it works wonders, especially on rooted devices. The AppCleaner and Scheduler features definitely makes it worth the purchase. However, one thing I've noticed is that the feature to hide the app is missing on my device running Android 11, even though it was present on my device running Android 7. I'd appreciate if this feature was brought back in the Android 11 version. I liked the feature because it was simple but effective, and it was especially helpful on devices where I couldn't use a custom launcher that could hide the app manually. I currently give SD Maid Pro a four star rating, but I will change my rating to five stars if the app hiding feature ever gets fixed.

So far amazing. Didn't find any root bloatware to disable but great at removing temp files, junk files, improving battery management, finding and removing any duplicate files of kind although quick to locate but very slow to remove, and very neat user interface that's simple to understand and use. I cannot comprehend how it's free without any advertising so far unless they appear later. Well done.. Thanks.

If anyone is reading this, this app has sped up my phone and it's my first time using the pro version. This app is definitely worth it and if you absolutely cannot afford it, I'm sure the normal version will still help you out. Before, my Android was very slow, frequently unresponsive, and a hassle to use, but now my photos render instantly, my apps open quickly and it's like how it used to run, definitely worth every penny.

Best root-access cleaner available: As guys have previously said; this is the best and only maintainer and cleaner app you would ever need. Haven't failed me not even once. Even when using custom ROMs and heavy modding, it always delete the real trash and considerably improves speed and responsiveness on the entire phone. The Free version is ok, but has low comparison with this one. The price is low and what you get is big as hell. Thanks a lot darken, you've made an excellent work.

This app indeed does what it says. Cleans up all caches at single click. But, recently, it has failed to do so. Keeps lagging and taking too much time to clean. Please fix the bug! ALSO, make the pro features in single app. Two apps aren't really necessary I believe.

SD Maid is the app I've trusted for many years to keep all my mobile devices clean, organized, and my apks backed up. This app works wonderfully for those with minimal android experience, just as much as it's the best tool out there for the pros. Many useful additional tools and options in the pro version that are definitely worth the one-time buy. Especially the options for root. All that wrapped in a beautiful dark user interface! It activates pro features on the popular SD Maid App. But it has to be kept installed to use the pro features. But you can hide it from the app drawer! Cleaning cache has been removed recently but in my android 9 phone I could enable that but you shouldn't do it frequently as you're just cleaning data that apps frequently need in order for faster loading.

I really like the sdmaid app and purchased the pro - unlocked a while ago. I was really satisfied until recently where I can't hide the app from the app menu. The option was previously present which I don't feel any reason to remove the feature. I request the developer to add the option again. Otherwise it's an excellent app.

Simply one of the best file/junk apps money can buy. SD Maid feels like your phone is rooted when it isn't. It has the ability to search for and view files you had no idea existed, then you can clean them off your phone! Simple to use with no flashy animation that fools people into thinking the app is performing miracles. It simply does the job it says it doing. If could add any feedback I guess I wish the developers would add a few more optimization options like a battery saver.

Great app, does what it says and sometimes even more. I use it for cleaning all junks all at once including caches and unwanted app data. I am a minimalist and would like to see an in app pro version if it's possible. An extra app in app drawer is cumbersome.

I purchased the pro version almost a year ago & fell in love with it. However my 3 day auto cleaning system will no longer run on it's own. It fails & I have to scan then delete the files manually. Do you think my IPVanishing app have anything to do with it failing? If so how can I fix it? I've put the app on my tunneling list so it doesn't have to go through the ipv but it still continues to fail every 3 days. I purchased this app because I hated having to run the "boosters" which were mostly graphics made to look like a bunch of data was being scrambled & removed. If I can't fix it I can't imagine why I'd repurchase the Pro version once my current 2 years subscription runs out. Please help. Thank you. Sincerely, JCT

I am using the Pro version, the App Cleaner seems to have a problem in cleaning my Samsung A42 5G. The filtering takes a longer time, and the filtering seems like forever circling, it stop at cleaning Telegram at 0%.

I've been using this cleaner since 2016 & it has been a staple on every device i own. Bought the Pro & use it for deep cleaning to keep my devices tidy & running smooth. The uninstall watcher is awesome, along with several other features. The use of multi-threading makes cleaning FAST. 10/10, would definitely suggest this to everyone.

I have the pro version. Only thing I don't like is that annoying options tab when I launch the explorer from its home shortcut. See it's not the case of the app control shortcut. It takes you directly to the apps list. Please, change that. I really love this app.

An excellent system cleaning app that gives the user far more control over important operations than many similar apps. A number of very useful extra functions such as a storage analyser help to further increase the usefulness of this app. The author really knows what they are doing and provides regular updates. I have total confidence in this app. SD Maid Pro really is great value for money. Highly recommended! (-:

I don't experience how this cleaner is better than others. It is extremely slow, takes a long time , more than a several minutes compared to its competitors.

I've used the free version of SD Maid for years, but started using my devices a lot more and decided to give Pro a try. In less than 5 minutes, it cleared 15 GB of junk off of my phone. I was blown away. My phone feels brand new again! The free version is great, but Pro is 100% worth it!!!!!!!

I've been using this app on my multiple devices longer than I can recall. Didnt take long to want to buy the Pro version. It literally does everything plus some. It is NOT like the rest out there. It's better! Wish I could suggest some improvement but it's perfect. Thanks so much for a great app!

The app has a lot of control over cleaning, but when using the quick access cleaning, it ended up cleaning files needed for my game OPTC. My fault for assuming it was just junk files, but I never had that problem when using ccleaner for the cleaning. I've excluded it from the scan now. Good app for those who pay attention to what it's cleaning and I would assume clearing up space is the main reason why people use the app.

After few years of using the free version, I finally relented, and went for the pro version. It's really worth it to keep your device clean of junk files. This is becoming even more important as app caches become larger in sizes.

This app is really amazing. Pros: 1. Light weight 2. Simple User Interface 3. Works perfectly fine as expected. Cons: 1. Left side menu items are slightly gibberish. Suggestion to Dev: => Menu items should be categorize because they are too many and seems unrelated. (Show/hide Tab is good way). Otherwise this app is amazing. Kudos to the developers !!
