Even when I could get into the app it was quirky- it wouldn't let me view my benefits unless I went back and forth through the menu. Now I'm not even able to get into the app. It tells me I need a new version, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work.
This app never seems to work. I tried redownloading it. It constantly shows an error when trying to look at your food package for the month and the screen is completely blank.
The app worked just fine with my first kid and now I am on kid number 2 and now it doesn't work. Everytime I try to log in it says session expired and I can't go past the login screen. This app sucks. They need to fix the app.
No matter what I do it keeps saying Registration failed! I've tried registering on multiple occasions with different phones and still it never worked. Useless!
Terrible. Every time i try and open it, it shuts down. Only worked one time. I have tried installing again, same thing keeps happening.
This app is touch and go. Now it wont let me use it because there was an update but there is nowhere to update it. So frustrating.
Love this app. It really easy to use. If I forget my paper copy I know that the app has what is left. To make it through the month
App was awesome the 1st few monyhs i had it but it recently doesnt seem to work. It says i have no appointments or benefits. Better fix that.
This app never works. My benefits never show. And when they do when you scan an item it says you have no benefits.
Everytime i log in and go to benefits or appointments it brings up nothing i have Uninstalled and re installed the app multiple times.
This app is horrible and unreliable. When i try to see my benifits it always tells me i have no benifits. It needs attention. There are people out here that really need this app to work.

It is a huge paper saver and very easy to use.
It tells me I need to update but when u click update there is no way to update.......

From day one Ive has issues viewing my benifits. Now I cant view any but future ones.
It works great now that I was able to get my WIC card registered

The April update killed this app. It worked great until updating, always showed benefits correctly and up to date appointments. Then in April when it asked for an update it went to junk! No benefits will show, no appointments, you can however scan but it gives a tutorial on how to scan EVERY time you open the scan tool. I guess we are too dumb to use the scan tool without repeated lessons! Get rid of these glitches so it works again!
