Way too much clutter! Way too many road condition indications! 4, 5, or MAYBE 6 is plenty. Also when I turn off certain features and sensors, like temperature, cameras, or road construction, they turn back on by themselves when I toggle in and out of the menus or map legend, which brings back clutter I'm trying to get rid of! Very FRUSTRATING!

They finally updated the user interface! The app works much better now, but my main two complaints are still valid. 1) The map has too many color combinations. It would be easy enough to have 4 colors (normal, fair, poor, and no travel advised) and have more detailed descriptions instead of dozens of color combinations. 2) The conditions aren't updated frequently enough. My place of work closed one day because of weather, but the roads were listed as normal.

Needs some serious work. The SD map is complicated and full of too much information that it's frustrating. Tell me if the roads open/closed. What the road conditions are, maybe camera views. Have a interstate vs hwy option. I love the Wyoming511 app due to its simplicity. If we want more info, there's a completely different section. And their hands free option is amazing. Take note and do better.

It would be really helpful and reduce user stress while using the app if you could add a key to the maps section so we know what the different highlighted routes mean at a glance. I know you can click and read each individually but if you just want to quick overview. Very frustrating; however, useful and reliable so thank you for that!

Too slow. Too much clutter. Not easy to use. Zoom feature is annoying.

Unacceptable, installed the app so I could use it to anticipate any road construction or other travel problems as I travelled the state but in order to fully use your app I have to give permission to access my contact list, photos and other media use, unacceptable. There is no legitable reason you need that info from me to use your app. I am uninstalling the app.

This app is trash, horrible design and zooming in to get details on the road is next to impossible. Also seeing a map with no legend present is pointless. Overall not user friendly..

This app doesnt work. It won't load and when you try opening the map it restarts or closes. They really need to fix this because the Iowa 511 is a huge help when we travel

Cameras are the only thing I can use. Road condition colors don't match the legend, no information from SD about roads or conditions. The old app was much better. I wish there was another app.

The road segments are not in sequential order as you would drive down the roads. Very poor. I would like the old app back...it worked!!!

I wish this app would show roards within town. With the recent flooding it was difficult to find a safe way to my child's daycare and then home. I had hoped this app would help but no such luck.

Is not the worst, but it is not the best road condition app. I wish they would have colored lines to show road conditions as well as the cameras.

Can't fine the road conditions over lay. One time the camars come up next time they don't. Do not like the new app bring back the old one.

Of all the state 511 apps that I use the South Dakota is a JOKE!!!!! The map never wants to fully load and if you try moving it or zooming in it keeps jumping around.

Terrible! Takes forever to load , then if you try to move it, it starts to reload again. Try using one like NE uses. Uninstalling this. NE is 100% better

wish it was as easy as other 511 sites like iowa and Nebraska. The app is not as easy to navigate and is slow.

This app is useless. It says a road is open but in the real world it's closed. Not sure who said 83 is open, the construction on the ground says otherwise.

Glad to see such a significant improvement on both the app and website! Can't wait to try it went the snow gets here. Kudos on the great improvement!

Its not really helpful. Slow and has to reload everytime you move it. And no legend. Only giving it a star because it's required if I want to post this.

Can't view a simple map without giving permission to access your phone?? Nebr, Minn, Iowa - all great 511 sites. This site is horrible.

Worst 511 app I've ever seen. No legend, constantly reloading. Not user friendly. State needs to invest in a better app. They are out, update your resources

map view is hard to control and needs to improve, have to back out to get to menu

App takes forever to load and is very outdated. ND and MN apps are user friendly. Need to update App.

App feels dated, but it is functional and has all the info you need for safe driving.

Hard to read and see and it's much easier to call 511 instead of monkeying around the app.

There is no legend on the map at all. The different colors on the roads are totally useless if you don't know what they mean. I cannot find one anywhere.
