SDFCU Mobile Banking

Trying to make regular payments to Credit Card from external account is impossible on this app without calling the bank. What a hassle. Plus you can't dispute a charge. Called the dispute line and customer service said my charge to a swindler would be taken care of but never was. Never had an issue with other cards.

There's a problem with the check deposit part of the app. To approvw a new device, it says "reply to the text" that is sent. The problem, is what do you reply? For denying, you type "deny." That makes sense. This is a glitch that needs to be worked out.

It's one of the fewer great banking apps. The only annoyance is how tedious it is to get a credit card through here compared to others, but that's a bit off topic.

Many times when I take photos to deposit a check, it doesn't work. It will take onky the front side, then the screen shifts back to the opening page and I can't take the back of the check photo to complete the transaction. This happens 4 of every 5 attempts. Problem mostly resolved.

Had an account for years and the app really has everything I need to take care of my banking. I very rarely have to call or go into the branch. I love it.

Slow, unnavigable, too many third-party services, times out too fast.

Software is horrid. It consistently says there is something wrong when I deposit a check. For example, it just said a check I was depositing showed $41.41 when it was really $6.00 and clearly legible. I've been complaining about the SdFCU app for years but no one seems to ever fix it.

I can conveniently access my accounts with this app but I am confounded why EVERY check I deposit is ALWAYS rejected on the first attempt. Error messages concern the date of check or whether endorsement is correct. In each case, the date is clear and within the time period and the checks are endorsed properly. In fact, I never re-check these issues but simply select Deposit Again and it goes through. Very frustrating. 12/30/19 problem persists

Works great, the only thing that needs to be added is the ability to transfer Monet from an outside bank account in app. I shouldn't have to go to the website just to transfer money. other than that no complaints really.

Easy to use & fast. I love the Zelle feature.

Writing that stupid sentence on my check nearly made it unusable when the app kept rejecting the check. Why on earth would you make someone write that on the check? No other app does that and by writing that you pretty much void the check if it doesn't work with the app. I got lucky and it was accepted when I told the cashing place my issue. PLEASE REMOVE THAT OR I CAN'T DEPOSIT CHECKS.

Best regular banking app I've used yet. No problem with mobile deposit, transfers, bill pay, basic account activity, etc. This is miles better than USAA/1st Citizens/Wells/Chase which are designed to make your life miserable I've decided.

Overall it works well. Check deposit is useful, but sometimes has problems seeing the check. Still, it doesn't kick you out and let's you keep trying.

I often have to ask to be texted 2x before I can complete deposit. I also am not sure how well u can read check, as I can only see a miniature version.

Great auto capture mode! Unfortunately it doesn't always work on the first try and can be a little slow.

The function for capturing the back of the check could use some tweaks for a better user experience, but still a really simple app that works.

Mobile deposit is extremely finicky. The other portions of the app are terrific, but it feels like I have to preform a precise arcane ritual to get it to accept a picture of a check.

Works great. Does what it should: view balances and transactions, transfer funds, deposit checks. It probably does other stuff, but I only do the things listed before.

Best banking app ever. I would refer it to my friends, but they aren't eligible. I particularly like the speed after a transaction.

I did not like the new update that turns very loud noises and a voice to make phone deposits. Harder to make the deposit than before. I may just go back to mail deposits or an atm.

Great features. So easy to transfer, send money, make loan payments. Very user friendly.

had to take picture of the front of the check three times....spent way too much time having to continually take pictures of the check.

just make sure that you have very steady hands when taking pictures to deposit your check. otherwise you will be trying to submit it all day.

Too many steps to deposit check Other bank deposit apps are quicker. Almost a year later and still more difficult to use than other banking check deposit apps.

Layout is easy to read. I appreciate the lack of clutter and functionality.

Only bank for me!!!! Been taking care of me for 18 years!!!! No fees or BS.... I ❤ them!!!!!
