Once logged in, app seems to work well and has plenty of information. But it logs you out each time, so you need to keep reentering username and password. Disappointing.
It wants to take over the phone in the phone calls and have a complete access to the phone number and the ID it's a scam it's not good it's not safe , I would not recommend it they take over your phone in all the data and then without your permission they constantly call you and send you text messages without your permission they don't give a shi***** because you've already downloaded
It was working for a while, then it just stopped working. The design of this app is to use the website pages instead of having custom pages for this app thats why some info cannot be displayed...really lazy design. Don't bother with this app, just use your internet browser. This app is not up to date anyway.
The one thing I want to use the app for I'd to look at my detailed bill and the links in the app to do that are utterly broken. This really feels like a fire and forget app on SDG&E's part. They paid some 3rd party not enough money to make a mobile website app that was never tested, released it on the app store to meet some corporate requirement, and then never thought about again.
Your fields do not display correctly. I am unable to select a pricing plan because the "required" field for use of a plug in hybrid or electric car does not open. so I cannot make a selection.
With the new Time-of-Use pricing plans that SDGE is pushing, I was really hoping this app would help me understand my energy usage. It would be great if I got a push notification if I am close to my baseline, so on an so forth. The app is serviceable, but nothing impressive.
There are a lot of cool features on the app, the problem is, they don't work! I would rate this app with 5⭐s , but it doesn't deliver. Good concept, bad performance 😞👎
Many items are blocked with messages like cookies not enabled. I am using your app on a Note 8. This message doesn't make sense. Also always asks for UIDv and PWD. Haven't you heard about biometrics? (fingerprint)
The app worked for a short time somewhat and now it won't even open. I couldn't access the My Energy portion of the app even when it was "working". Don't waste your time with the app. Just access the website
Horrible app... Who gets a 2.6 rating on Google Play? ... Really! Who gets that low of a rating? SDG&E! It used to work, but now I can't even log in... Sticks on a blank screen and won't finish loading.
Downloaded the app to pay my bill. It does that specific job. It didn't open a web page or anything like that. Perhaps it does for another task. But so far it does what I was expecting it to do.
Horrible app. You can't see your bill or your energy usage. Just gives an error. Literally no point in using it.
It use to work great. Now for the last few months it comes up "pardon our dust..." and nothing. updated. uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing.
The app doesn't work anymore. Why would you to continue promoting a poorly designed application. Please remove from play store, that way people don't depend on something broken to pay their bills.
won't display energy overview...says there is an issue with bookmark or cookie settings. looks like sdge didn't bother to test their own app.
Analyze my bill does not work. Says there is an issue with cookies even though it is an app. It lists computer web browser cookie instructions.
Good morninig, this app insistently asks for access to my contacts and phone and refuse to work without it. You should not do it this way. Unfortunately uninstalled and did not even star using
Piece of junk! Same error message always, we need a connection to the internet, blah blah. Uninstalling!! 🤬
I have down loaded app several times after uninstalling several times will not load says in order to obtain the latest information this app needs active internet connection please check your connection try again.😒
Bad app, it doesn't work any more and when it did you had to input user name and password each time.
This app has no reason to to have access to my phone and it won't work without the permissions. Uninstalling.
Can't access the energy usage details, just complains about not allowing cookies. It's an embedded webview, the app controls this.
I'd give zero stars if I could. All other comments are true, and now the most previous update does not even open because it cant connect to the internet. Hey SDGE, ever heard of quality control? Oh wait, ... ha.
I didn't think it could be this bad but it is. This appears to be an iOS app that was duct-taped into Android 🤔
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it gives me an error that it needs an internet connection which I have and it then closes. It use to work without issue and now it doesn't work at all!
