Really confusing. Applied for 5 licenses and a lot of repeat effort to do this. Why can't a person look at application while applying? Have to go to another page to look at units and dates, go to home page, then go to another page to apply on line. Am I paying a $10 application fee and another $10 for preference fee now? When are fees going to stop?

Rarely works. Not user-friendly at all. Linked accounts are a joke: Can't view preference on linked accounts. When you buy a license for a linked account the confirmation shows as if you bought it for yourself. Tried it today and it won't log me in at all. It just stays at the log in page. The creator should be ashamed of this app. I'm happy to change my review, if it gets better.

I hate this app. It's not user friendly. Just one example of my frustrations... Make sure your bookings dates are correct before you confirm your purchase. the app will switch your dates to the current date and not the booking date.

Slow, does not auto sort available by dates waste time selecting camp site that have no availability even though you preselected dates . When singing up for an account no reasonable way to put in DOB!! To much personal info needed just to camp, should be separate for license!

Get this thing fixed. There is no log-in from the home screen unless you select purchase license or camping. Can't view my reservations from home unless going through above process to log in. Please get an update for this app. The busy season is about to begin and navigating a clunky app is going to cause frustration with guests.

Try to buy license, turn my phone because I can't see what I'm typing and the app makes me start over. Get to the end where it says I am not a robot. Click the robot box hit pay. 3 minutes later I get verification expired check the checkbox again, for the robot. Tried 3 times, erased app after wasting half an hour of my life trying to buy a license. What a joke!

Whoever designed this app should be ashamed and whoever approved it for public use should be fired immediately. Don't try using it unless you have a few hours to be frustrated.

Please, please get some help with the app design! The navigation is an absolute catastrophe. Whenever someone presses the back button they're logged out, then directed to the page where you can change your personal info when you log in again. I just want to go from the cart, back to the license selection page (because there's no way to view licenses specifics from the cart), not edit my hunter safety number. Government app so it's not expected to be "good" but at least shoot for "makes sense".

The app is a really good idea but poor execution. The app rarely works. The layout seems great and the quick links would be vary useful if they worked. I just pull up the internet site instead of using the app unfortunately. Also it would be nice if they just had a calendar with all the start and end dates on it. Everyone understands that format. I really hope the app gets better, would love to you it. Seems like a great tool if it worked.

This app is currently among the least user friendly I have ever encountered. The previous version had its flaws, but a person was at least able to navigate through the process and get something accomplished. This design is clunky, cumbersome and nearly unusable in its current fashion.

This app and website don't work properly. They did the auto review and emailed me but wouldn't let me log in. So I tried to create new account but wouldn't let me as I already had account.... I just printed my license and will uninstall this app...

App is not mobile user friendly, makes you constantly login when trying navigate in your account for liscenses, and doesnt allow you to look at liscense applications. The digital backpack always boots me out and the digital downloads rarely work without redownloading. No option to return to the main menu when logged in without relogging in. Has not improved since it was initially created.

awefull made me download the app and is no where on my computer. not user friendly

There are several issues with this app. Having to log in constantly. Not well put together. Now after having uninstalled and reinstalled several times I still can't log in to see my licenses. The same username and password logs me into the website but not the app. Surprised with so many negative reviews this app still hasn't been fixed after years.

This app used to be good, but I couldn't delete older downloads so I uninstalled (which removed the downloads) but now I can't log in or download maps! Practically useless now, please fix this asap! Update: we've waited for over a year for an update with nothing. I'm back to using the published paper book and have uninstalled this turd.

Everytime you go back, it makes u log back in. Very annoying. Wasn't letting me purchase licenses, system error it said. Finally had to use the website only to discover my credit card went thru and I guess I got my license even tho it said on the app it didn't go thru??

They need to fix this can't log into my account and get my new licenses online very disappointing when it was supposed to be auto purchased from last year on December 15th

This app has consistently gotten worse evey time they "make it better". I get kicked out and have to log back in any time I try to go to main menu of my profile. A year later and they haven't made any corrections to this app or even reached out to explain why it's that way.

This app has been awful this year. I have contacted South Dakota GF&P 3 different times about not being able to download access maps, and now i cant look at my licenses off line either. App is completely worthless without those features.

App won't recognize username and password. I have to click on "alternative log in" link which just takes me to the website. I might as well just bookmark the website! Lol. I hope the state isn't allocating too much money for this lame app! FIX IT!

Worthless app. Won't allow you to log in to see your licenses. Alternative log in works and routes you through the web page. Save yourself the headache and just bookmark the website. GF and Parks should make it functional or just quit offering it.

There's no permanent login. It's difficult to navigate once you're in and of you try to backspace you have to relog in. There's too many bugs in the program.

This is a great resource for outdoor activities in South Dakota. My only complaint is a technical issue: I cannot log in to my account on the app but have to use the browser (and apparently I'm not the only one). Please fix it, and it'll be an appreciated 5-star app.

I log in go to view my Hunting applications. view it and want to view another choice. It kicks me back to login..happening everytime..look at page and login again to view another page..login login login. frustrating..I uninstalled app installed again. nothing changes.???????

Fix your app it's awful! after you get in to purchase a license if you have to hit the back arrow for any reason it kicks you all the way out so you have to re sign in.
