Picture upload from Gallery should be allowed as it has the permission granted from user. As on date it only allows directly from camera after clicking the picture, which sometimes the user might not have the time to do. As a user I should be able to upload the picture later if I saw something that is worth reporting to the authorities. Thanks
The app doesn't open easily and keeps crashing
This App is amazing one. All my complaints are addressed and gets resolved. Several categories and aub category makes it more easier. People mapping are done accordingly based on applied sub- category.
MCD people are not acting on the issues.Don't know how long does it take to resolve small issue even if someone has raised complaint over the phone and over the app as well then what is the purpose of this application. Its better to remove it from play store.
Very bad experience. Every time unable to register complaint and getting auto-message that phone number is yet not verified.
Getting things cleaned but very slow. It takes 2-3 weeks for SDMC to take action on complaints. They need to improve the performance of teams otherwise app is good.
Really great initiative. I filled a complaint for cleaning of park. The complaint was successful resolved within 2 days. Thank you.
Most pathetic app, not showing any options, icons are there but don't give any records of info related to functionality
Worst service. Nobody takes action on any complaint. I have raised 6 complaints but all closed without any action or contact. Worst app on playstore. Nobody will contact you even after filing 6 complaints. Nobody cares even before lockdown or its lockdown. So, don't waste your time by installing this app in your phone. If I could provide a negetive feedback, I would rate them as -10*********** COMPLETE WASTE...
Can't able to login
Security pin or otp coming with 5 digits while app accepts only 4 digits
I am unable to open this app. seems it is getting crashed every time i try to open this.
It is the worst app ever they don't share boudaries they dont even care about anything. Im an environmental science student and i want a real deal app for my nation no these garbage apps i rate it negative for any help!

Very useful app !! Some modifications must be made like addition of a category for de-concretisation around Trees.
App is brilliant but without doing the work ,they turn the status as resolved and close the complaint

A very nice app. One issue was there, which has now been resolved I.e. most of the times the app kept crashing while adding comments, and it was not allowing to Re-open and send feedback on any issues. The issue has now been resolved. Thank you team SDMC 311.
