I'm not going to come on here and get super mad but this app sucks. This app makes working at buch gardens 10 times harder because of how much I'm uncertain of my schedule. I now have points because the app wouldn't load or open so I have no idea when my schedule is. And when I try and contact IT they just tell me how great and wonderful Busch gardens is but never address the problem.
Worked pretty fine for a while but issues began to occur more and more often. Downloading pdfs through the internal app browser would lead to corrupted files and extra hour shifts would no longer show on others schedule's. Only thing I find it useful for now is notifications and thats about it.
My password kept messing up about 10 times randomly for months. It would also lock me out so I would have to call Customer Service IT line to help reset & even that wouldn't help sometimes. So i'd have to come into the HR office to have the front desk lady or man reset it and get on the app through the desktops there to view my schedule. Eventually I ended up quiting because of it.
IT documentation is poor. Just says they are great and wonderful, but don't tell you how to actually get things working. For Andriod phones: 1 Try deleting old Seaport and reinstall to make sure you have latest version. 2 Turn on both phone location and bluetooth. 3 Go to settings, select applications, then Seaport. Next look through and make sure Location is allowed and VlueTooth is allowed. 4 Hopefully yours will work in under 30 minutes of your lunxh tinkering with the timecloxk.
So still no report for bugs on the app and when I went to download an eticket to my phone it gave me and .aspx file which is not something I should get but a pdf have done this before if I go through the web site works fine though so not sure why I'm geting this. Other than this annoying app problem works as expected and let's me see my hours and schedule adequately well keep working on it and it should improve
Every time I try to log in it never goes pass the password and I have to keep calling in to change the password cause it keep locking me out ..kinda frustrating
Very functional and pretty user friendly for the most part. The app even grants the ability to trade shifts and clock in and out through your mobile device!
This app only works when it wants to. Some days it works great, I can check my schedule and it works fine. Other days it gives me a No Connection page and it goes white.
I just had software update from T-mobile. Now the SEA Port app doesn't work anymore unless I have wi-fi. I need to keep an eye on my schedule.
It has been working fine until today, apparently I'm stuck at the loading screen. I uninstalled and re-installed the app and hoping that works.
The app does not work. It loads for not even a second then kicks me out and back to the home screen. Needs Fixing!
Please update this app. Andriod users are having a hard time opening .aspx files for the tickets as They are not supported. Please convert the file to make it easier for andriod user
The app is great and makes everything very easy to use and see, but at times I have to re-enter my password even if I have remember me selected.
Can't download tickets. I receive a message that file is not supported! And what happened to fingerprint login? Why don't I have that option anymore?
No update in 2 years. My calendar and work hours no longer show up in the app...what good is it?
Need the app for work, and it won't even download on my phone I keep getting emails w NO LISTED SCHEDULE AND THIS DOESN'T EVEN WORK TO TELL ME WHEN I WORK.
This app barely works half the time and when it does it takes forever to load the most simple things
it glitches and says now there is a error seeing pay dates . They need to also fix day off tab.
As of now this app is a not working for me.and I have been with the company for awhile . What the Hell is going on . The app won't load the login screen .
Keeps saying my hours are being recalculated yet shows the time I clocked in and out yesterday.

This is a great app for SeaWorld employees as a Human Resources portal for your needs and their audits.

Temperamental app. Sometimes it works great, lots of times it just gives an error. If you click the back button it opens. Sometimes it will give you the spinning wheel and nothing happens. Only worked twice with the time clock. Sometimes it says not connected to internet even if I am and the signal is maxed. Useful but not good.
