I personally like this game I've been playing for 2 hours and its pretty fun the story is very good and i like the missions but I don't like the fact that you need to grind for coins and materials so you can advance the missions become more and more harder and this game doesn't look like the kind of game to be hard, this isn't geometry dash. Thats all I wanted to say.

I was enjoying this game. And then i began getting frustrated. Mini games you cant win because a crucial moment appears off screen when you turn a bend. Or fish that you can not reel in even after watching an ad. Sure it shouldnt be easy - but i find myself turning it off more and more. Its becoming less enjoyable.

Too many frustrations, not enough fun. Everything is just waiting. And I'm constantly throwing out useful items because my inventory is full. The Devs say they are rebalancing, but I don't see it. Twenty minutes for a token to go to another island. Farm animals won't wake up until tomorrow morning. Two DAYS before the farm has the supplies for my next building. The huge amount of pearls needed to remove the restrictions is impossible. In two days I can find two or three games I like better.

Incredibly sweet and fun game! A bit like animal crossing but with quests, crafting and minigames. Only 4 stars because I'd like a bit more character customization for the captain (it's kind of a bummer that you can't even choose a darker skin tone.) Otherwise a really good little game!

Its a simple but really fun game. It's like Animal Crossing but with real mini games and quests, so it actually makes sense. BUT, there should be the option for you to PURCHASE the whole game and not depend on buying things inside the game all the time to be able to progress in the game. That is a big thumbs down. I would gladly pay a nice high amount to be able to have the complete game at once.

This game is a lot of fun, and it gets much more involved the longer you play. You forage, complete missions, build, craft, and play so many mini games. For a free game, it is spectacularly in-depth. Ads are opt-in, and you can easily play without them. You can also play without spending money, but throwing a few dollars in makes it easier to progress and unlock new areas faster.

The gameplay is easy and fun but I hope they can make the items easier to collect. Or you can add some online features in which the player can sell the item they didn't need online while also searching for the item they're looking for. I know it's almost like trade system, but make it more easier.. It also very hard to earn money while the items we need such as trader home etc is really expensive.. I hope you can upgrade more and more, this is fun!

While it still has some minor issues, like fish suddenly freezing in certain areas, Seabeard is an all around great adventure game. I initially thought that it would fall flat and reduce to repetitive farming, but I was pleasantly surprised by the backstory and the interactions with NPCs. It does become a bit slow during certain quests, but I think it gives off a more realistic feel - you simply have to wait to obtain certain things and that's okay. I really hope the devs keep working on it!

The game is a lot of fun, but requires a lot of set up. It's really hard to get started because your inventory is so small and the quests to progress depend on sailing challenge spawns and crop rotations. Other reviewers have noted that this game is really bad with microtransactions, and it's true. It's near impossible to progress without relying on the special currency, and you'll probably find yourself frustrated with how little you can do without buying pearls.

The graphics are cute and the interface is quite smooth. After a few days of playing, though, I endes up uninstalling it out of frustration. It's so difficult to fish! When I finally start to get the hang of it, the fishing suddenly becomes much harder and puts me back to square one. Same goes for the sailing games. I know that games like these require the quite the grind, but this game made me more frustrated than entertained.

I badly want to play this game but it seems like it wont let me. I'm just going back and forth the "looking for resources to download" page and the devs' logo page. I have internet connection but it still wont budge. *Edit: changed my rating from 1star to 4stars, devs made it possible for old OS to play the game. I absolutely love the graphics, everyone looks so cute. Sometimes the screen twitches, making it difficult to play. But when you change your view in the map it goes back to normal.

I love this game! Almost as good as Animal Crossing, could be better with a few changes. They implement mini games with activities such as fishing and sailing that are awesome! However it takes way too long to find all the pieces you need to craft items, feels like they're trying to push you into buying pearls or painstakingly spending days combing the beach for specific fish and ocean debris. Make a paid version that doesn't require so much grinding.

It's a sweet game and theres no intrusive ads but everything takes so long to build/earn and so many of the tasks can only be completed if you use pearls which are so hard to come by. It's very wind waker inspired and I enjoy it for the most part but the sailing games rarely give you what you need, so you're stuck for days or weeks on end relying upon luck which never seems to come. May delete as it's too slow.

Relearning to play again after years away. I think it's such a promising game & I'm excited to hear that it is being looked at again by developers. Some mini games seem far more challening on my android phone compared to when I use to play on my Ipad. Not sure if it's just the screen size or my device itself but it seems to lag alot more. Only downside other than wishing the world was more expanded (which requires updates). Can't wait to see more.

Been playing for nearly a week now and I'm really enjoying it. But it's quite grindy and involves a lot of waiting for crafting items. You also have very little inventory space. Sidequests give too little for so much effort and rewards can get repetitive (i got like 7 Green Sports Caps). Still, it's fun but just a tad bit more reward could make an old game like this feel better.

Cute mix of Wind Waker and Animal Crossing, makes you want to spend hours playing... But you run out of stuff to do in minutes. Respawns take forever, everything costs a ton of pearls, you constantly feel like you're stuck. Your initial inventory space is laughable. There's a bunch of things that you can interact with, but there's literally no point to it, since you won't have room to collect the rewards. So you just walk around among NPCs that won't give you new quests and bushes filled with berries that you can't carry or sell, with 5 simultaneous requests for apple juice which you know will be impossible to fulfill. 🤷 I wish this was a paid game with more content, because clearly a lot of effort was put into it. The graphics are really nice and the mechanics are very interesting. Filling it with microtransactions feels like a waste of a perfectly good game. Right now it's just another app designed to squeeze money out of children.

Finally switched back to android after all these years and the account transfer was flawless. The characters actually have some interesting commentary that never cease to surprise me. The only issue IMO(and it is a very small one) was the tedious amount of gameplay I had to playthrough to get to the point where I could link accounts. I would have loved to have the option to connect after naming the Island. So that's not worth any star reduction, I mean I did come back. This is a great game 8-)

Eli. Oct 14, 2019

The graphics are cute and well made and it's fun to run around and work towards rebuilding the main island. I also like the mini quests and the ability to interact with everything. However, the initial inventory is tiny and is expensive to expand. Also, the rewards for the main quests are far too small in comparison to the amount of time and effort they take to complete.

*additional review. I uninstslled the it. I liked it but at some point it felt like a chore to get resources.Overall I like this game but there are some elements that made me give it a medium rating. The tasks are repeatedly the same. I saw that after less than two days of playing. The biggest issue for me is the annoying sailing mini games. You have to play them and get a perfect score in order to complete tasks. If I wanted to play old timey arcade games I would get this sort of game instead.

An adorable game with day/night cycle and weather as well as great graphics. On that I'd give it a 5. But as for game play progression - everything is very expensive and inventory is tiny. To sell things off it's one item at a time, and you have limited sales slots. There is also no in-game communication for any trading. On all that I'd give it a 2. I uninstalled it months ago because of that. Just started playing again because I wanted to give it another chance. Overall 3 out of five.

This game is in many was an Animal Crossing look-and-play alike; fans of that game should love Seabeard as well. The nautical theme is fun, the gameplay is usually smooth, and the graphics and sound create a nice aesthetic. My one gripe is that the strike zones on some of the targets in different mini-games appears to be VERY small, many times I finish poorly when my score should in fact have been perfect. Other than that one quibble, I am loving it.

The. S. Dec 4, 2020

It's fun. The quests can take a stupidly longbtime to do though. You have barely any inventory space and no way to get more any time soon. I've spent an irl week trying to do one of the first quests you get for the plot but the minigames WILL NOT give me a second screw for my second crew house so I'm just stuck. It's still fun, but very frustrating.

Been playing this game for over 3 days now. It's really cute! If you like doing a bit of settlement building, delivery-tasks and quests, this game has pretty much everything. Haven't gotten to the combat part yet, but this game makes me feel happy! Just kinda wish we can lessen the time of certain stuff by watching ads (you can't huhu). It's hard to get pearls 😥
