After the latest update it's no longer working. Continuously crashing. I cleared the cache data and it didn't work. Finaly i deleted all saved data and re-install it. Now it's up and running again.
Can't even create an account and it doesn't send me email with the steps and after a while the app doesn't open I have to un install and reinstall
Super slow, inconvenient to use. Keeps log out then unable to log in back.

App is keep on crashing after update.
Application isn't working after the last update, I already tried the uninstall / install technique but still it keeps on crashing. Some vessel are relying on the application to send allotment/s, checking the documents etc. Keep safe and have a good watch.

After last update it's not working
Screen goes blank after the latest update. Cover page of app opens well but subsequent page is blank. Have tried twice to update. Same result, A blank screen. Previous version was working well. Even after latest update, it's still a blank screen. How do you expect a msg to support?
Cannot open the application at all, was working before(not that great),but since last update the application it's closing just before i can open it. After reinstalling the app it worked for one time and again same problem cannot open, it says that the app is not installed. I cannot access the get support because the app is not opening.
App was easy and good initially, but crashed today and unable to log in . Shows network error as reason, whereas other apps are working. Kindly advise fix.

This app is crashing down. I have tried reinstalling the app twice, but result is the same. First time after reinstalling it opens and there after app is not getting opened and crashes.
I am using samsung M31 and app is crashing again and again. Phone software is upto date. Now I have to join vessel and office asking me to accept plan. Now what I have to buy new phone to accept my joining plan? Please clear bug as soon as possible.

The app keeps closing every time I try to open it. I removed it and redownloaded it, starts ok the first few times and then does the same thing again!
If You already updated this application and facing blank screen problem then don't use that time" No-Root Firewall" application (If You are on board) . Use this application without this app so you'll get login page and after successfully login You can start" No-Root" App....
App always Crashes after update and needed to reinstall again. the solution provided was to use In-app "Get support " . How can we use "get support" if app crashes before opening, common sense.
App is crashing and can't be open. It's not the first time this is happening after an update!
The app is crashing at startup. Unfortunately I do not have the option to press app support.

This app is long time around and very important for us seafarers, yet it keeps on crashing, having bugs and frequent general issues. This is very bad and annoying. As of today, I'm not able to log in - shows "network error", but error is not with my network or my phone. Annoying...
