App works great, but i was unable to find the fish i was looking for (Mahi mahi, dolphin, dorado, Wahoo, yellowfin). Data on these fish is easily searchable online, but it's hard to connect when you're out on the ocean.
not only does it need to connect to the internet to work, it refuses to see my connection. cool concept tho. needs a barcode scanner.
I have the Seafood watch app and to be honest dolphin friendly tuna is a good alternative ... I'll use these apps to protect endangered species and marine mammals
Just want to put in a type of fish (e.g. turbot) and see if it's a good choice. This app doesn't do that.
Will be great if we can just scan the product and then show if it is or not sustainable and a little info about the fish
Its my grocery store friend!
Completely useless app
Really useful to be able to search by country and see what certified products are available in supermarkets nearby. Eg if you want to find MSC certified sustainable salmon you can get a list of all the MSC salmon options.
Top stuff, now I know what to look for and where to find it!
Real crisp and neat UI and very easy to use application finding sustainable sources of fish has never been easier.
Liked the way it would show on a map your nearest supplier of whatever seafood you searched for.
Liked the way that you could search for different things and it would show you the closest place
Keep getting message that it cannot connect to internet. Tried un and then reinstalling but to no effect.
Thank you for helping us make more responsible choices in how we shop.
Great app, works as you would expect
This app would be a lot more useful if it let me put in any fish and told me about its sustainability. For instance, I ordered red snapper and was wondering if that was a good fish choice. This app doesn't have anything to say about red snapper though. Come on, MSF. You can do better!
