I having a problem continuously that mobile number slot didn't show there. They only have country code without number tab. You only see the option of verifying number without number slot. Ao where can i put my mobile number for registering my account for pubg uc

It's really convenient and easy to use. There are minor issues with card codes not loading properly after purchase, but the live chat technicians are very helpful and respond quickly with accurate advice and guidance to help get you and the issue squared away. Personally, I'd definitely give SEAGM 5 stars, but the issue, itself, is the only thing holding me back from doing so. I recommend SEAGM, but also to make use of the live chat feature, if said issue does occur for you as well.

I love this app but the issue I having is anytime I want pushes a card is telling me card declined, please if you can add more payment method like bank transfer using bank pay ID. Because you except Nigeria currency please make easy for us Nigeria. if you do that, you w make a lot of money me .... Please I hope this will us.... Thanks

Payed for 2 steam cards then didn't receive them, contacted customer support and they told me that my payment was cancelled from their side after paying. Just use g2a

Seagm is quite fine now. Glad to see you've brought back the previous payment options and added new ones as well. The hassle of having to chat with customer service everytime I buy a card in order to retrieve it is finally gone. But, the app keeps signing me out and having to sign-in every few times I open the app is a pain.

I wanna pay through PayPal but there's no option for that.

When i searched on google if this has paypal payment mode, it popped out. So I downloaded the app so I can top up using my paypal balance, unfortunately there is no paypal option. It is also annoying that everytime that you will top up, the app will direct you to their website on your browser. I thought the main reason that we installed the app is to top up easily without any disturbance and we can top up directly. So disappointing.

I have purchased twice here, first using PayPal and the second I used local bank transfer. The first purchase took a few hours to came, while the second purchase came instantly after I transferred. Idk if using PayPal is actually have some 'trouble' or SeaGM is actually loaded. Not really much a problem for me, just take a note to other people who read this to be patient or just purchase it earlier to avoid 'waiting'. You can always send email to their helper if you have any difficulties.

Worse service rendered, instructions was not given clearly, had to redo everything twice, each time a different set of instructions for me to indicate my item when I check with the support team. It's the management that is bad. Oh well~

First of all, there is no more credit/debit or paypal option. Second, I tried using Skrill as that is the only option available in this period of time but my phone number is not in the regional whitelist. Please come up with a way so that international purchase is available once again. Very good app apart from the very limited payment options given.

Making payment quite trouble. I hope your can put a system to this apps for direct make payment button, so that we no need open another browser to make payment and so do email. Your can try to figure out 1 payment button to easy others. So that we can direct make payment from this apps rather than switch out. Sorry and thank you.

The customer service of this platform is really sux. I tried to seek for assist but they just reply with template with very bad attitude. I give this apps a second chance, but it's really disappointed me again. When I top up the money, it's stuck and takes 5 working days to get back to me, and this may not take the the time to solve the issue. When money involved, the platform should really take immediate action.

Absolutely sick of this site, I've been trying to make payments with PayPal yesterday and today and out of trying to purchase gift cards 25 times, the payment only went through twice. Obviously I asked the live support team (who were quite fast) to assist me but each time I had a problem their reply would be "wait 3-24 hours". That didn't do anything. I recommend using other sites like G2A or MTCGame as you won't encounter problems at all.

Use of app is very not user friendly. The app was soo laggy even though my phone is 4gb and no other running apps. Only around 8fps when scrolling. Then, can't purchase without an account. Then, cannot pay by phone credits. Then, they have 10% processing fee which is unacceptable. Bye

Gave it a try despite the low rating. Steam $20 gift card purchase transaction was fast and smooth. G2A kept denying my PayPal and credit cards, so I ventured somewhere else. Will purchase again in the future and give update regarding it.

Fast and efficient

I've been trying to buy Google Gift Cards but the payments via GrabPay were rejected multiple times. I informed the CS via live chat regarding what i have encountered but the CS referred me to GrabPay instead. Grab was actively trying to solve the problem and tbh, i dont have any issue paying to other merchants. Not to say the CS is not helpful, but felt like they are not helping to solve the problem. Imma try purchasing a few days later and will update here.

Payment gateway was way too horrible. 1. No card payment option. 2. I even tried other wallet gatways 3. But all it said was Temporarily unavailable. 4.Had a chat with ur services in relation to problem with No.3 and they said try after few hours. Guess what? I did try and IT DID NOT WORK. And yeah most of the people are willing to pay up but we just can't pay you. Sorry but i guess i'll be switching to other services.

This app is awesome! Their prices are cheaper then the other sites that I have used before like mol points for the games that I am playing. Recently, I'm playing cyber hunter and I can buy the credits will a lower price.Hope u can add the option to buy the season pass!

Its a good app but it doesn't have PayPal please add paypal in the next update.
