What is wrong with this app. Non of my edit profile changes are being saved! How am I supposed to write anything about us or our services to connect with potential clients, if I can not even update my details! Feels extremely disheartening after filling out the page multiple times.... It's energy draining! Sad. Very Sad

This is such a bad app. It is very slow and it is so hard to find a job. The amount they cut is also a lot and the minimum amount required to withdraw or deposit is extravagant. The time taken to also process a payment is so slow,you have to wait for money that you have earned for almost 5 daysssss. Also the variety of work found in it is not a lot. The app also has a lot of bugs and there is false communication ie you have been invited for a job when they just want you to big. Do better

I used Truelancer and I would say I had the best experience with it. Easy navigation, clear/user-friendly interfaces and fluid responses are what you need in a modern app. The Truelancer official app has all of these and more. And I must say that their customer support is topnotch. I recommend the application to any freelancer looking for a decent platform to make lots of money from home. This is by far a 5 star app. Excellent!!!

Must read..! May be the review is long but it will help you.! This is the worst freelancing app.I have earned money from this but the app's server always blocks my account without any reason.I lost almost 10 clients due to this.My friend suggested me to buy the pro membership to avoid this,I trusted him because his problems were solved by this method but still they blocked my account. The most important thing that after buying the membership,they called me and forced to buy annual membership.

I have sent a bug on support side of trulancer, Unable to save & edit profile which is kind of annoying behavior and feel like the app doesn't even deserve single star for it.

App is not opening on my S10+, keeps crashing even after clearing the cache and app data. Please look into it and fix it.

I can't put my profile description, having a hard time to even upload my photo because it just doesn't save when I click save! You also banned my account and when I tried to reach out support YOU GUYS BANNED ME. WORST APP EVER!

Worst experience with the customer support for freelancers. I have been trying to get the issue resolved but they have been very unresponsive.

Very poor quality I bought pro membership and I did not got any job I got the manager but he does not answer my messages and calls I got inly 2 jobs and both got refund from me they want work in free. Don't recommend anyone to get jobs on truelancer.

This is being the first worst application I am using on playstore. My account is been deleted automatically and it's sending me email that I am growing but whenever I login it's showing its an error. There are so many bugs and glitches in this app.

Early impressions are a) the app seems unoptimized at least for Google Pixel 4a as it goes slow and raises the temperature of my battery quite a bit; b) I find it really inconvenient (and to some extent unfair) that you have to pay to have your account verified whereas on other freelance websites you only need a valid payment method with your exact full name on it; and c) Dark/Night mode would be really appreciated.

Hello I can't attach my file for propsal Sample ,it shows File Does not exist? Infact my file contains Content,help me how could i attach file?

Quite a handy app for the platform but there is a lot to improve this app: 1. Loading super slow, especially the message box 2. Tab for updating project completion keeping on popping up, that I cannot use it properly. I always need to choose 10% to stop tabs popping up and then choose the correct process, and delete the tabs if I have msg to leave.

Great concept, and the app has a neat interface as well. But I'm docking two stars because it lacks an option to post a service (via app). Also, there needs to be a quick and easy tutorial explaining the various aspects of the app. For example I'm not sure how one gets a verified 'blue tick' to their account.

First they don't have a live chat support, or any cosy support contact, so the user can contact in case of issues (I contacted via Skype, but no answer) . Second, I did a mistake in my account profile, changed it, but the public info is not changed. Third, one of the basic and important windows - job requests, is not seen in the windows list. Either it does not exist, or a poor visibility is provided. When I choose Project Invitations on mobile app, it is empty, though I had received several.

Worst App experience. Not at all worthy. Bad UI. I think your company need some App and Web designers. Lot of bugs in the app. Very glitchy. Worst app on Google Play. Your website and app design is pretty bad. Can't understand who designed it. Buggggggy App.

Extremely poor app, full of bugs. When i received a message from a client, they deleted my account without any reason. I will raise this issue on Twitter. Never gonna use this app again.

The app doesn't work. It opens and closes in a second. Not able to use it.

Still same issue: 24/3/2022 - Latest update crashes app saying it has bug and need new update so app can start, error showing on galaxy S21 Ultra

Not worth. I took one year memebership on Truelancer Platform. No customer support. Worst experience ever. Don't buy there yearly packages. Even after taking packages there is no difference with you and other freelancers. You have to struggle or fight in getting new projects and you will not get premium projects on this platform. only rs 100 to rs 500 projects.

My app is not working. It is getting crashed again and again.

Very bad experience they dont care about sellers buyers are very smart they pay you less n expect that you do everything in less budget not good try some other app guys

Truelancer is too simple and easy to use.

Can't edit the profile, it stucks on "Please wait..." while saving...

This is the best freelancing platform that has added value to my life as a Freelance writer.

So far my experience has been really poor. The app refuses to work right if I'm using WiFi and then if I'm trying to apply to jobs with very few bids it'll say 'Job not found'. If I do use WiFi I ultimately have to delete the app and download it again to be able to check on any potential messages or projects because it freezes! Please fix this issue so people can actually utilize your services.

Okay your app is genuinely full of bugs. And I've tried it in various devices so the problem is definitely yours. Everytime I install it, I cannot login with my LinkedIn, which is how it is linked. The app crashes if I try to attach a file with the proposal. This has been happening so long that it is just irritating now.

Dark mode messes up the interface. Some elements get a dark background but the text doesn't change making it unreadable.
