Looks great and I am going to keep the app, however, the app isn't letting me look at clothing. I tap on the clothing tab in the shop by category. Please fix this asap. Otherwise, it is good.

Horribly inconsistent user experiences. Takes pages a terrible amount of time to open and close. Menu selections work on occasion, and fail to respond on others, sometimes locking up the application altogether - thus, requiring a full restart of the application. I know this is certainly not an issue with the operation of my smartphone, nor any of its system software or network functions. I do not have problems with other similar applications.

This app was great until I attempted to check the status of my purchase last night. Now when I open the app it continuously reloads and I can't get past the home page. It constantly logs me out but that isnt a huge problem except when I earn rewards I dont get the notifications indicating so. I enjoy browsing and checkout is usually a breeze. I love the ability to select the option of waiting in my car to pick up my items through the app.

Horrible app. Very difficult to browse for items. Browsing will only show 10 items at a time and takes forever to load when you click "view more". Then half the time after viewing an item and then going back to the browsing list,it sends uou back to the top and you have to scroll down all over again. Very frustrating shopping experience. No wonder they are going out of business!

Hostile user interface! If you refine your search results, or select an item that's out-of-stock, the app freezes up. (Previous versions have done it, and the current version did tonite.) Out-of-stock items continue to show up for sale on the app, weeks or months since being available for sale. (It's clear that Sears isn't restocking, and that they're just trying to clear out existing stock. What major hardware retailer can survive offering for sale only one hammer! The end is near!)

Very slow. Any time I try to access my account, I have to go into it no less than twice before it loads properly. I have to sign in twice for no apparent reason. Too many hoops to jump through just to use. Layout is complete garbage with too many "ads, or deals" that I could care less about having it pop up as I'm trying to scroll. It's too much to ask to have the credit account button easily found at the top of the credit page. Desktop may work fine, but for mobile it is garbage.

Terrible experience with the app! I've used this app for 2 or 3 years now & it is worse each time I login. I've been able to login without much trouble but navigating in the app is maddening. For the past week, navigating inside the app is a series of click and spins which take you no where and eventually time out. I would have given only 1 Star but at the last minute my item pulled up and I was able to place an order. Please, Sears, work on the app. Would love to utilize it more often.

At first I really liked the APP at first. Then slowly it's seemed to get worse and worse. The layout is nice and pretty easy to follow. The APP moves really slow. It lists items that are either not available or not able to ship. Curbside pickup almost never works. I like the cashback and rewards program.

Had to keep reentering certain aspects of my billing info such as address and numbers on debit card. Was also promised FREE SHIPPING, but ended up paying about half. What a disappointment. Can i return items that may not fit??? Please advise. Other than that, the app is nice to use. Product selection is quite nice. Prices reasonable. However having to use bonus cash in a week's time is not reasonable for most of us. Extend the bonuses to a month and watch sales increase. That would be more sensib

This app needs a big update, so many bugs. if you click on an item your cart it gives Bad Request error, on every item I have tried this with. you have to look up what your ordered and then search and look through pages just to read a specification. It doesnt always give you an option to continue shopping and when it does, doesnt take me back to where I was. so frustrating. only reason I gave 2 stars is because I live Sears, especially for appliances.

The app shows things that are not available or out of stock... consistently freezes up... Does not have intelligent memory. For instance say you add something to the cart then it brings you to the card and then you click continue shopping , well then it brings you all the way back to the beginning home page rather than to the page or search criteria you were just looking at... maybe it's just me or maybe it's my phone or maybe just maybe Sears needs to step it up and re- improve themselves.

It's OK. Needs work. Every time I click on image to enlarge. The image doesn't appear, so your stuck staring at small thumbnails of items. Also when you press back everything refreshes to the top of the page not at the last thing you were looking at, so I have to start all over again, really time consuming navigating this app.

It creates constantly. Especially while checking out. Really the most important part of a retailers job to collect money and they fail at it. My phone and it's softest are you to date. It's not a old phone or a crappy model. I just wanted to buy Xmas lights took a hour to check out. Plus your app is so slow and glitchy that I ended up buying half the stuff for more from Amazon. This is why you lost the online battle. You didn't focus on the online side especially your app. I'm sorry.

Both this app and the web site are replete with bugs. Getting myself signed in was a huge pain because the password requirements meant that at some point in the past I had to use a password that I wouldn't remember. I was only able to reset it through the app, since the web site link didn't work. Then there was supposed to be a $5 discount on a $15 order as a reward for downloading the app, but I couldn't find any way to claim the credit. I'm very much not impressed with my Sears experience.

Firstly, some one needs to get rid of the image captcha that gets you to play multiple rounds of 'find this BS'. Very annoying... images are not clear and even if you do manage to identify the correct tiles it keeps prompting for more captchas... I went through 16 images that loops between bus, fire hydrant, stairs, cross walks & bicycles. Will use the website rather than waste my time on the app. If you have been lucky to get through without the captcha, you are either a genius at it or have really good eyes. I might not be either but an app should not be so troublesome.

It's hard to use. The photos won't load. It insists that you go to your cart every time you add an item, and only loads 10 or so items at a time, so once you've gone to the cart you often have to reload just to get back to where you were. The variable shipping costs for each item is ridiculous. Depending on what is in your cart the item could be $0.75 to ship or $6.49.

This is the clunkiest most difficult app to use for shopping. It doesnt save your place and kicks you out and you have to start over. And you can only view a few items at a time and then you have to load more. Trying to sort out just Sears stuff is a huge PITA. We are trying to use points up and it's a huge waste of time. Our store has crappy inventory so we really have no choice but to shop here online.

Gave 5 stars even though its not perfect but the site has come a long way since last year. I really like how it populates and coupons clipped, bonus points/cash with a simple way to add however much you wish to use towards the current transaction. The issues that could be improved on are 1. if an item is sold out, it would be nice to have the option to be notified when it comes back in stock and 2. there needs to be a way to contact customer support via email or live chat. Keep up the good work

Took me all of about 60 seconds to make the decision to uninstall. Couldn't even get into the app. Entered my email and when I press the password space it just locks up and has the little round and round arrow. This is an update. Tried using this app over a year ago; didn't work then as described above. Over a year later and nothing has changed; still can't even open the app. Does anyone at Sears even bother reading these reviews? Somebody really needs to get their act together. Pathetic.

Needs a lot of improvement. Very inconsistent results when searching. When searching using the same words you get different results each time with many items that are unrelated to the subject search. Also, it needs to provide an option to filter/separate items sold by Sears and by other sellers. Very user unfriendly app.

The app is slow and has a lot of glitches. There are times when it will take a good 30 seconds to load the next few items after hitting the more button 🔘. I don't personally understand the purpose of even having a more button 🔘 to begin with. When you chose to tap on an item then hit the back button 🔘 about 50% of the time it takes you back to the begining of the page 📟 . There are a lot if items listed that are out of stalk and some of them have been out for over a year now. please fix.
