it's a nightmare trying to get people to come in for interviews especially during the pandemic. This app saves so much time and headache! The fact that you can just have all applicants in one app and look over their information before scheduling an interview is amazing. The interface is simple and user friendly too!
Great app fast responses, but there are two flaws. Whenever I apply somewhere I have to scroll all the way back to where I was instead of it being where I left off, I will get notifications on interviews but will not be able to see messages.
Not very happy with the change from Website to app. It won't allow me to view how long ago people applied. The interview section is loaded down with pending apps. When you cancel the "Pending Application" it alerts all applicants that have not received an interview request. It won't allow me to see if I have screened the applicant. On the website, you could tell if you had read through the application or not.
I like seasoned as a whole but the app sucks. You do better just going to your browser to get better results and your able to actually stroll down when they ask what kind of position are you looking for.
I wish I have known this app sooner. It helped me a lot in hiring people especially now during pandemic. I love the app's cool feature which is the adding of stores. Where I can switch from one store to another whenever I'm hiring for the other locations that I'm handling. I'll definitely use this app forever!
For the love of all that is good, please ALLOW BUSINESSES TO SEE THE APPLICANTS PHONE NUMBER WHEN THEY APPLY. Most of the time, the applicant doesn't even respond to the interview request or they don't know how to. Thus, making it impossible to get ahold of the applicant other than messaging within the app.
This service is unreliable. Would benefit all involved if I (the business owner and account holder) could set interviews and obtain application information based on my needs. Instead, this service offers its own interpretation of a bland and otherwise unnecessary information, having to wait on it to schedule interviews, and having to deny applicants because of criteria at interviews, wasting everyone's time, I could have addressed or been informed about to begin with.
Seasoned is the best app I've found for recruiting restaurant talent, it saves so much time and headache out of the process and i love the tech features!
This app made all the difference in the world! Definitely worth giving it a try. Helped me ease all my hiring troubles. It was user-friendly and has great features.
I've spoken to a lot of GM's that have used this. It works well. My favorite part is the interview schedule tool. It saves a ton of time going back & forth figuring out a time that works for both of us.

Great apps that connects those looking for employment with those looking to hire. It does it quickly with an easy to use interface.
I don't know why people don't know about this app yet, but it's a lifesaver. I can schedule interviews easily and invite people who are seriously looking for a job real time. Those two things were a pain before but now all it takes is just a tap.
This is so much better than Craigslist! So simple, organized and full of amazing candidates that actually have restaurant experience. High recommended!

Why did you change an already shaky app. To a now garbage app.? Downloaded this app.. but when you log 8n it still take you to a browser style UI...youve changed the whole app proc3ss
BEWARE!!!! THEY WON'T STOP CALLING UNTIL THEY GET YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WILL START DOING THEIR SCAM! When you hear someone is calling from this app they will get your details and tell you it's free but its not! They will even call you on your personal phones anytime of the day. This should be reported!
No one shows up for interviews and at $199 a month, that doesn't work.
How are yall gonna just sign up my restaurants and start scheduling interviews for me? Had 3 interviews come through that I never ok'ed. I will be removing my businesses.

Why do I need to install the app when I'm using a web browser? Use to love using this, now I won't use this app anymore. Will have my other restaurant transition into another service.

Please please please. Change this app. It won't even let me send messages to applicants pending. I need the phone numbers!!!! For a business this looks like it hasn't changed in 2 years. Please reach out and listen to the reviews to help the businessesout. Working with the team to try and fix just moving slow. Was about to spend $800 a month but I won't now unless something changes.
